Nefeli studios — Hotel in Istiaia-Aidipsos Municipality

For the excellent price i was really amazed at the wonderful combination of furnishings and finishes, modern yet quaint, clean. I really expected much less and yet it was much much more. I summarize our 1 1/2 day-2 nite-mini-holiday-stop as follows : We enjoyed the warm waters spilling in the sea, the hot pools and jacuzzis at nearby spa for mere euros, our drive around the spectacular area surrounds, forests, churches & monasteries, fishing harbours (in Orei the best fresh octopus ive ever tried, and we also managed to catch the ManU game before getting back to Edipsos)... and YET, whilst Northen Evia is amazing, the cherry on the top were truly the wonderful ladies from Nefeli ... their friendliness, their smiles... You will always be a part of our fond memories of Evia....

Lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and well maintained, easy 15 minute walk from the hotsprings, maybe half of that to the ferry port. There is a benefit of a church being very close by, so you can go for an evening liturgy, and churches and monasteries are an important part of Evia's calming charm. This is an island of stunning natural beauty, but its special jewel are its people, and it's no different with this hotel's owners. People and their genuine hospitality are truly a highlight of Evia experience. We were here 3 times and always felt like coming to stay at a friend's place. Dear Antonia and family are kind, helpful, always smiling and ready to jump in for any help. Everything is clean, tidy. For two years we were on the ground floor, with a huge terrace where children played. There is a lemon and jasmine garden that smells amazing.
