Maison La Mer — Hotel in Kassandra Municipality

Our family stayed at Maison La Mer at the end of June, 2019. Hotel is really nice and cozy, looking freshly renovated from both outside and inside. Rooms are finely decorated, it was really cool after typical hotel styles to live in such apartments.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything for cooking, there were wipers and washing gel for dishes. Mattresses are super! Mind mosquiots, an extra fumigation device would be handy, although we had one right at the appartment. Bathroom is a little bit small and ascetic, with low ceiling and no shower curtain, but I think the curtain would be a bad idea, as it won't dry properly, it's better without it. Just wipe the floor after taking shower and no problem at all. Boiler, plumbing system worked weel. There were no plastic tub for washing clothes, but the sink is huge and it's possible to ask the hosts for laudnry service. The small balcony with the seaside view was fully furnished for having a cup of morning coffee or even family lunch, but plastic chairs aren't really nice, they sort of spoiled the whole impression.

• The part of the hotel which is closer to the sea has a lovely but sort of unkempt inner garden and it would be fantastic if the hosts only improved it, it's very important to have proper landscape design in such places, and this one has GREAT potentional. The same goes for another buidling, I am sure more flowers and fresh grass would do great in the front of it. *

The host and stuff are VERY helpful and friendly, just after our arrival Giannis gave us his viber number so we could contact him any time for any our need. And indeed he answered really quickly and tried to help us at any our problem, a very polite and nice to talk to lad, speaks fluent English. Housemaids were also very friendly and didn't forget to do their job: fresh snow white linen and towels every three days, emptying carbage baskets every day.

The beach which is just right in the front of the hotel won't fit for anybody and for kids especially. It's a pebble beach with stones in the water and sea urchins. So we used to take 5 min walk to the central Loutra beach with sand where you can find enter without stones, but from the other side of the beach snorkeling is possible, so it's great for any needs.

Despite some petty minuses I loved my staying in the hotel and in the village, and would be happy to come again, Loutra itself is a lovely provincial place and not crowded what...

I am Romanian as tourist I come for relax and rest, and I choose Maison La Mer Apartments in Loutra (Agia Paraskevi, Halkidiki). Location is really beautiful.|Loutra is a small and peaceful and very nice.||Apartment and area are very good, but I do not come back again if they don’t fix noise from other side of street.||From street, every night, group of local girls stay in yard and make big noise — shout, laugh, even scream — until around 4 in morning.||This happen every night when I stay. Even when we say “shhh” nice and try make them stop, they not listen. Noise always continue.||In Greece, quiet time is normally from 22:00 or 23:00 until 07:00 in morning.||I think two times before I book again, if same big problem stay there.||If you want nice, clean place close to sea, Maison La Mer is very good. Το κατάλυμα έχει ουσιαστικά 3 τμήματα,2 μπροστά στη θάλασσα και 1 κτίριο πιο πίσω.||Μείναμε στο ένα από τα 2 μπροστά στη θάλασσα.||Κλείσαμε με δελτία κοινωνικού τουρισμού. Εντάξει , γνωρίζαμε πως συνήθως, με δελτία δίνονται δεύτερα δωμάτια. Εδώ ενημερωθήκαμε πως το διαμέρισμα θα ήταν ισόγειο και η αυλή μπροστά θα ήταν δική μας. Έτσι ήταν, μόνο που το διαμέρισμα ήταν ημιυπόγειο. Το καλό ήταν ότι ήταν πολύ δροσερό, δε χρειάστηκε να ανοίξουμε κλιματισμό. Το κακό ήταν ότι μύριζε υγρασία και μούχλα, οι ντουλάπες, τα συρτάρια.||Το πρόβλημα όμως δεν ήταν ούτε κι εκεί, το αντέχαμε. Το απόλυτα δυσάρεστο ήταν η καθαριότητα: σκούπα και σφουγγαρίστρα πολυχρησιμοποιημένες και γεμάτες τρίχες, πανάθλιο βετέξ στο νεροχύτη και τσουγκρισμένα κουζινικά στα ντουλάπια και αυτά εν καιρό Κορωναιού. Βγαλμένες πρίζες, καζανάκι που δεν αντεχες το θόρυβο και γενικά απόλυτα απεριποίητο και καθόλου καθαρό.||Σχετικά με τον κορωναιό, όλα τα είδη βετέξ, σφουγγάρια κλπ χρησιμοποιημένα, καμιά τυπική ενημέρωση, ούτε ένα έντυπο τουλάχιστον στο διαμέρισμα, σχετικά με τα μέτρα που λαμβάνουν. Μόνο ένα αντισηπτικό στην είσοδο και κακοτυπωμένο το σήμα Υγιεινής που υποχρεούνται να έχουν όλα τα καταλύματα της χώρας.||Κρίμα γιατί είμαι της δουλειάς και απογοητεύτηκα. Δυστυχώς τέτοια καταλύματα πρέπει να ανασυγκροτηθούν και να επιμορφωθούν αλλιώς ο ανταγωνισμός και η εξέλιξη των πραγμάτων θα τα εξαφανίσει. Να πούμε και την αλήθεια, δεν γνωρίζω πώς είναι τα υπόλοιπα διαμερίσματα στα υπόλοιπα κτίρια. Μπορεί να έτυχε αυτό, μπορεί τα υπόλοιπα κτίρια να είναι πιο περιποιημένα.
