No AC in 2/4 rooms (2 bedrooms). Only 1 bathroom for the whole house. 3rd bedroom on the 3rd floor is open space, no privacy! Sofa bed in the common space at first floor is awful at least! Barbecue is pathetic (thank god we brought our own). We were accommodated an hour later (waiting 1 hour at 35 degree). Don't recommend at all...

If there was that option, I would rate it with zero. And for the record and the respond of the owner, I should leave photos of ants in the sink, refrigerator, etc., but no one has time to deal with you...
