Habitat Hotel — Hotel in Kilkis Municipality

Wow, this hotel is a true gem among the Greek hotels available. In lobby there is a pastry shop with the some of the best cakes, cookies and chocolates I've seen. Service is fantastic (special thanks to Nadia who really loves her job and was really happy to explain everything regarding the huge variety of sweets in the pastry shop), lobby is well organised, comfortable and has excellent ambiental music. Rooms have well used space, hotel is very clean and food is as delicious as it gets. Location is in the middle of Kilkis, rooms have a great view from their spacious terraces. It's a nice hotel in the center of boring town of Kilkis. The room is nice but the bathroom is small. The staff is excelent and very helpful. The breakfast is very very bad. Few things and during 5 night stay it was the same and when it is crowd you wouldnt find any food at all and the orange juice was very bad. But the worst problem of this hotel is the internet connection. I have been to many hotels during my business trips and Habitat hotel internet was the worst. This is a great hotel with a lovely friendly atmosphere. We stayed in room 303 which was very comfortable and larger than we expected with a generous balcony. The room was very clean and tasteful. Staff were friendly and efficient. Despite being a business hotel, it had a family-run feel about it. We arrived on a Sunday morning and the place was buzzing with locals and families enjoying a chat in the lounge and cafe.
