Food was ok but customer service was disappointing, unacceptable and very rude. For a business that relies on customer satisfaction not just for its food but for customer service too, they didn’t treat us with respect and were refusing to admit they had taken our order incorrectly, but instead resorted to shouting at us over the phone and insisted that we were wrong with our order and that the person taking the order (one of the owners of the place) was right. There is a better way to treat others no matter how busy you might be and regardless of whether you are right or wrong. Trying to prove a point by being rude and obnoxious to someone over the phone especially in a small town where everyone knows everyone and your behaviour can affect your business is not a smart move. Such a shame really… This review is based on our experience and since reviews are open to everyone we are being honest about how we were treated and it has nothing to do with the food and the taste, but solely with customer service and more specifically the person taking food orders over the phone. We hope it was an isolated incident, but even so it was very upsetting and disappointing to be treated in such a way and it has put us off from ever ordering from this...

One of my favourite pizza places in town! Cheap prices, good pizza, nice decor and polite staff everything that I could ask for! Απαράδεκτο σέρβις απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Παραγγείλαμε 2 πίτσες οι οποίες παραδόθηκαν 1ωρα !!!! αργότερα και σε άθλια κατάσταση αφού κατά δική τους δήλωση έπεσαν σε λακούβα. Έτσι θεώρησαν σωστό να τις παραδώσουν και αν το καταλάβουμε έχει καλώς. Να σημειώσω ότι ο ντιλιβερι ήταν ευγενικός και πήρε τις τρακαρισμένα πίτσες πίσω. Οταν κάλεσα στο κατάστημα μου ρώτησαν αν θέλω να μου στείλουν άλλες.Στην ερώτηση σε λύση ώρα γιατί οι πρώτες κάναν πάνω από 1 ώρα η απάντηση ήταν ''το ίδιο θα κάνουν και αυτές γιατί γίνεται χαμός''.!!!! Είπα ότι δεν θέλω να μου στείλουν άλλες. Το ωραίο είναι όμως ότι μετά από 5 λεπτά κάλεσε κάποιος άλλος για να μας "μαλώσει" και να συστήσει αν θέλουμε άλλες πίτσες και γρήγορα θα έπρεπε να το...
