Il Viaggio Verde Villas & Suites — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Il viaggio verde in Lefkada and I must say, it was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking views and a warm, friendly welcome from our hosts Elena and Nikos.

The location of Il viaggio verde is simply stunning. Nestled in the heart of Lefkada, it offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape and is conveniently located near both the beach and Porto katsiki. Whether you're interested in relaxing by the water or exploring the local attractions, this place has it all.

One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious organic traditional Greek breakfast that was provided each morning, using local products. Elena asked us in the evening what we would like to eat in the morning.

Speaking of our hosts, Elena and Nikos were simply amazing. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and provided us with excellent recommendations for things to see and do. They truly made us feel like part of the family and we are so grateful for their hospitality.

The rooms at Il viaggio verde were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home with all the necessary amenities, including a small, fully functional kitchen. We appreciated having the option to cook our own meals when we didn't feel like going out.

One of the highlights of the property is the gorgeous garden and swimming pool. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. We enjoyed lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and taking in the stunning views.

Overall, our stay at Il viaggio verde was the highlight of our 10-day trip in Greece. The combination of the beautiful views, delicious breakfast, friendly hosts, and comfortable accommodations made it an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this place to anyone...

This is a real gem.|We chose the accommodation because we wanted somewhere that was peaceful but not too remote.|The accommodation is perfect ….a very spacious room and bathroom well equipped with kitchen utensils so you could easily dine at home , should you wish .|We had a lovely balcony that overlooked a lush green valley with mountains in the background.|The only sound at night was the hoot of a tawny owl.|The owners are extremely friendly and this family run accommodation really deserves to do well|The rooms were cleaned daily with changes of linen and each morning a basket was delivered containing breakfast goods ….in fact so much that we snacked on these throughout the day .|Although so quiet and peaceful you can drive into Vassilikis within five minutes or take a thirty minute walk using the country lanes .|This was a wonderful place to return to after the hustle and bustle of...

Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato presso il viaggio verde per 7 notti. Appena arrivati ci sembrava di essere in paradiso: l'alloggio è immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità assoluta, ma comunque vicino a Vasiliki. L'appartamento è molto grande, moderno e provvisto di tutto il necessario. La mattina ci ha sempre atteso un ottimo risveglio, una buonissima colazione fatta in casa, genuina ed abbondante (complimenti ancora, mi mancheranno le crepes e la torta!!). Ma personalmente la differenza l'hanno fatta l'accoglienza e i proprietari. Sono tutte persone squisite, disponibili e gentilissime. Dimitri un uomo d'oro con un grandissimo cuore. Ci ha fatto un tour dell'orto, facendoci anche assaggiare alcuni dei suoi prodotti. Un uomo pronto ad ascoltare, ma anche a raccontare e che non potrò mai dimenticare. E anche i suoi figli persone simpaticissime e carinissime, davvero. La disponibilità dei proprietari è ciò che aggiunge quel tocco in più alla vacanza! Se potessi dare una valutazione superiore al 10 la darei, ma purtroppo il sito ha dei limiti. Ringrazio ancora con tutto il mio cuore per tutto, non nego che dopo aver salutato per l'ultima volta Lekfada e Dimitri ho pianto, ma sono felicissima di aver soggiornato qui. My boyfriend and I stayed at the il Viaggio Verde for 7 nights. As soon as we arrived we felt like we were in paradise: the accommodation is surrounded by nature and absolute tranquillity, but still close to Vasiliki. The flat is very large, modern and equipped with everything we needed. In the mornings a great wake-up call awaited us, a delicious homemade breakfast, genuine and plentiful (congratulations again, I'll miss the crêpes and the cake!!). But personally it was the welcome and the owners that made the difference. They are all exquisite, helpful and very kind people. Dimitri is such a golden man with a big heart. He gave us a tour of the garden and even let us taste some of his fruits and vegetable. A man who is ready to listen, but also to tell stories and whom I will never forget. And also his children, very nice and nice people, really. The helpfulness of the owners is what adds that extra touch to the holiday! If I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would, but unfortunately the site has limitations:/ I thank you again with all my heart for everything, I don't deny that after saying goodbye for the last time to Lekfada and Dimitri I cried, but I am so happy to have stayed here❤️🇬🇷 A very big hug from...
