Ionis Studios — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

I am amazed woth so many positive reviews. I absolutelly had bad experience at these premises during my stay in summer of 2021. I felt that i couldnt do anything and i am obliged to that "gentleman". Whatever we did was monitores by Mr George When you return from the beach with who are you with. Also our room was so dark and had a window at the back were i could hear owners doing their everyday thing. Of coirse paying at the property was all cash no card payment AT ALL. You couldnt use the pool whenever you wanted and of course you couldnt park wherever you were at the property. I felt that i had a cop all time around me! Worst of all was that on the day of check in from around 9 am owner started calling me to let me know that 11 o clock on the dot we had to "evacuate" the premises and he had the audacity to suggest us to go at the beach-at a beach bar- to stay there. No help to hold our luggages nothing! Took his 95 euros per night and gone! At 11 o clock sharp-no joke- he was at our doorstep calling us to leave but we had gone to a nearby bakery and werent there. When we informed him that we are 10 minutes away he start shouting and threaten us that he will pick our stuff and take them out of the property!!!!!!!!!!!!! And of course because I am Greek and i know how it works i told him i will call the police to sort it out! Then everything stopped. Although he had entered the room and moved our stuff!!! I totally dislike this place! Horrible person horrible...

I would like to start with the host Georgios a great person, extremly friendly and kind, always ready to help you and to offer the best time during the stay. In my opinion he is a living business card for Greece. If you want to feel the true greek experience you need to visit him and stay at his place.

The location is absolutely perfect, a lot of vegetation around the house, the pool looks perfect and clean all the time and you also have the beach & town at walking distance. I recomend this property to all who want a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

The place is great, quite, very clean, spacious rooms with kitchen, comfortable bed, and with amazing view to the mountain where you can watch the sunrise. George, the house manager, is amazing. He waited for us to 22:00 for the check-in with a smile and at this late time showed us several rooms to pick from. He gave us a map with the most beautiful beaches. The place is at a good location, near to Lefkada, 15-30 min to Pefkoulia, Mylos, and Kathisima beaches. It is nice to have a car or a scooter. It has a free parking right...
