If you come across Nikolas Guest House and is available just book it. Located on a quiet road with private parking and nice views to the sea. The house is new with all the amenities and comforts, with even nice soft towels for the small but practical pool.

Eleni the manager of the property is more than helpful and accommodated all our needs, even a late checkout at no extra fee.

The house has everything you need to have a hassle free stay feeling as if you are in an hotel since everything was spotless clean, smelled fresh and even had sleepers for all of us. You may even find a washer dryer in very handy when travelling with small children. Smart TVs in every room with Netflix capabilities, satellite connection and even a gas burning BBQ that we used a couple of times. And to make it better a bottle of wine and local delicacies are waiting for you on the dinning table.

Location wise is close to the Lefkada town and all the calm beaches of the island. A bit far for the west side but when travelling with kids you do not want to go west often.

For the price it is value for money.

One suggestion only for the owners to install black out curtains at the salon as the house faces east and if someone is using the sofa bed is bound to wake up early from the strong sun in their face as this is the only room with no...

A very good place to stay in Lefkada. Near Nidri port, where you have good taverns, very good amenities, rooms not too big, but spacious enough, and the host very welcoming and helpfull with everything. The terrace and the pool is a very good place to stay , if you dont wanna go out, house is very clean. Clean place, nice view, there is a small swimming pool also that very good if you want a quick refresh in the water. Owner is nice, every three days comes to clean, change towels and sheets.
