Queen bay studios — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

We arrived at the Apartment and it was not as good as we expected. The apartment theoretically was 40 sq which is actually 26 sq plus balcony. The beds are terrible. Double bed 140 cm wide. It does not fit 2 people comfortably. There was no sofa and the other two beds were terrible. The first night the air conditioning did not operate at all and rooms were hot, we could not sleep at all. During the night we received 2 fans. The next day the air conditioner was fixed, but it was always noisy, could not rest while it was working, plus the accommodation was invaded with red ants... We informed Booking after the first issue, this was unacceptable and we did not want to stay, but the owner refused to give alternative options either to compensate us. I have never had such experience before. This host and the accommodation are not...

It was really great staying in Queen bay studios. The location of the facility is just perfect, so near to the local beach and the centar of Vasiliki, but also private with amazing garden. Nikoleta is a great host, always smiling and ready to help. Room was small but with everything you need and most importantly always clean. You have our recommedations, hope we'll see again...
