Our stay at Iliades Boutique Hotel was simply exceptional. The kind of place that leaves you quiet for a second when you walk in, just to take it all in. Every element here is designed with intention and restraint, from the stone architecture seamlessly blended into the landscape, to the warm modern interiors flooded with natural light. The attention to detail is simply world-class.

Cleanliness: Impeccable. Every surface sparkled, the bedding was spotless and fresh, and the room felt like we were the first guests ever to stay there. Even the exterior spaces – terraces, pathways, loungers – were dust-free and well-kept.

Service: Discreet but extremely efficient. The hosts were warm and respectful, with a calm presence that matched the vibe of the location. Check-in was smooth, and any request was handled with grace and without intrusion.

Breakfast: Served fresh every morning with local ingredients, made just the way you like them. Simplicity done right. The view from the breakfast terrace alone was worth waking up for.

Views: Breathtaking. Panoramic views of Batsi Bay, unfiltered sea light bouncing off the white walls, and complete silence apart from the breeze. Waking up to that landscape from bed was pure therapy.

Design & Architecture: Arguably one of the best-designed boutique hotels we’ve seen in Greece. Raw stone, polished cement, clean lines, and natural materials, the aesthetic hits that sweet spot between minimalism and warmth. Feels like something out of an Architectural Digest feature, without being pretentious.

Words can’t possibly describe how AMAZING this resort is! Incredibly clean, super friendly and polite staff, always eager to help and give you advice regarding what to do while in the island! With regards to the room, extra super clean, spacious, with amazing view towards the Aegean Sea and the Andros mountains. We stayed in the suite with the private pool which by the way was properly spacious (not tiny jacuzzi style!) Breakfast was excellent with many options and included in the price! Location of the hotel was magnificent not only because of the incredible view but also due to being 5mins drive from Batsi, 15 mins from Gavrio(port) and within 25 mins max from the best and most popular western beaches. We completely fell in love with this place.

Everything was perfect, from the peaceful vibe to the stunning view, but what truly made the difference was the team. So kind, so attentive, always smiling and ready to help with anything. You don’t often feel this welcomed and respected as a guest.

Breakfast was out of this world. French toast, eggs, avocado, juicy local sausages, fresh fruits, real coffee and a slice of warm cake that made our morning. Every single item felt homemade and full of love.

The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the silence at night was unreal. We rested like never before.
