Travelled here from the UK and stayed for 7 nights. We booked the executive sea view room. There are pros and cons about the place, but the pros put weigh the cons! I'll firstly start with the pros; It's a very clean hotel with amazing views, a 30 second walk from the beach. All of the staff were very attentive and friendly, and made our stay very enjoyable. The food is absolutely amazing! We tried more or less everything on the menu during our stay and there was nothing we disliked (even me who is a very fussy eater) the outdoor area is nice and very well kept. The pool has an electric roof, so if it rains then staff close the roof to ensure an enjoyable swimming session. Check in and check out was very quick and easy. Checkout is mid day, but there is a place for baggage and you can still have use of the pool and pool bar until you leave. Air con worked perfectly and the safe also worked fine. You can set your own passcode for the safe. Breakfast had limited choices buy everything that was served was delicious.
The cons would be that after reading about the room we booked on the hotels website, we were expecting a 42 square meter apartment with a bedroom, living space and two bathrooms. This was not the case. It's a very well kept, spacious room but it definitely wasn't what we expected after seeing the hotels website. The balcony door didn't lock. This wasn't too much of an issue as we were on the fifth floor, but it's something to keep in mind if your on a lower floor. The pool bar is quite expensive. A can of coke which is 1.25€ at the shop next door is 3.50€ at the hotel pool bar and alcohol is even more expensive. The pool is a good size, but quite grimy on the bottom with loose tiles, so watch your feet (I hurt my toes quite a few times) only alcohol bought from the pool bar may be consumed on the premises (unless in the privacy of your room) Bathroom was quite small but drainage and flushing wasn't an issue. The shower was powerful although the shower curtain didn't touch the floor which made for a wet slippy bathroom.
To conclude, this hotel is well deserving of the 4 stars I have rated. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again. The bar and waiting staff were absolutely amazing and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Shout out to Panos and savyanna (sorry about the spellings) who work on the bar. They were amazing and made our days even better with their smiles and happy...

Read moreRight by the beach and a 20 minute walk from a wide variety of really good restaurants so location is good. The hotel is rated a 4-star but is far from it. It desperately needs maintenance and upgrades to meet the standard of a 4-star. The reception area is cold and unwelcoming. The hotel personnel are dressed in casual clothing with nothing to associate them with the hotel. There is a big massage chair in reception that is so worn, it needs to be thrown away. This gave the impression of a cheap, 2-star trying to impress. This is not something I would expect of a 4-star rated hotel. Our TV remote was broken, the air-conditioning wasn't working but was fixed fairly quickly. Very small bathroom with a door that doesn't open properly because of the placement of the toilet. Tiny shower with a dirty shower curtain. No information card in the rooms with the number to call for reception or details of the restaurant or bar. There are signs for a rooftop bar but this was closed with no signs of it ever opening. A plus is that the beds are comfortable and a good size. We used the glasses in the rooms and left them out to be changed/cleaned. These weren't changed or cleaned for 4 days! The fridge wasn't cold. Water is given out at all restaurants in Greece but no waters were in the room, even on first arrival. We stayed at another 4-star hotel for 1 night and had water bottles in our room. The hotel is quite run down and desperately needs upgrades and...
