I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ftelia Bay Boutique Hotel Mykonos, and I cannot emphasize enough what a delightful experience it was. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a special stay. Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Elisabeth. Her dedication to exceptional customer service truly set the tone for my entire stay. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with another exceptional member of the hotel's staff, Maria. She was not only knowledgeable about the surrounding area but also incredibly accommodating. Elisabeth's willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made my stay even more enjoyable. Her professionalism and friendly nature were truly commendable.

One of the highlights of my stay was having breakfast at the hotel's restaurant, where I had the pleasure of meeting Valantis, an outstanding waiter. Valantis was attentive, courteous, and went out of his way to make my breakfast experience unforgettable.

To top off my memorable stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying delicious coffee, expertly prepared by Vasilis. His dedication to his craft was evident in every sip, and I truly appreciated his contribution to my overall experience.

In conclusion, my experience at Ftelia was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to the wonderful staff members Maria, Elisabeth, Valantis, and Vasilis. I'm not exaggerating when I say this, but this is the best hotel my wife and I have ever been to...EVER!

Maria and the rest of the receptionists/front of the office staff were so welcoming, helpful, nice, and informative! We were served drinks upon checking in, on the house, and they helped arrange an ATV for my wife and I to use at the island during our stay.

The waiters and bartender that helped us out over the weekend were incredible -- very upbeat and willing to help. Everyone had a great attitude and you could tell that they actually liked working at Ftelia.

The room was super clean, the view of the hills, ocean, and whitewashed buildings was worth the price of the room by itself! The hotel itself is not in the main part of the city but further out into the countryside where locals live which we loved -- it was a lot more quiet and relaxing.

Exceptional service, great facility, tasty food and drinks, and an amazing view!

Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anybody traveling in...

Very nice hotel,not overcrowded and the staff were very helpful and friendly,Mikey the hotel Chef was exquisite and the bar staff Tomas,Marinos,Joanna&Eliana were very accommodating and always attentive and polite,The receptionists were also very helpful with any questions and extra arrangements.The food was delicious and plentiful considering we were half board which meant we had to buy our own drinks but this did not matter as our stay was comfortable and pleasant,the rooms were well maintained and modern with a lovely touch of Greek design including all modern amenities like a fridge,hairdryer,decent shower cubicle and wash basin,air con and access to patio or balcony.The price was reasonable and the hotel staff worked constantly to ensure they kept a good standard for all guests,the pool area was smaller than most but very practical with a lovely waterfall feature,great views from the hotel of the surrounding mountains and villages,fresh towels everyday and plenty of sitting areas...
