Martin's Beach House — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Martin Rooms is THE place to be if you want to relax, enjoy the sea, and get some well-needed rest! The rooms are comfortable and super clean. There’s a common kitchen and an outside area where you can dine. Martin has created various relaxation areas, some in the shade for reading a book or napping in a hammock and others in the sun with loungers for tanning (for Wi-Fi lovers or remote workers: the internet works perfectly). Everything is aesthetically super nice! The best beach on Irakleia (Livadi) is right at your feet and it’s absolutely wonderful. Martin is available any time you need him. We didn’t have a car, so he drove us to the supermarket and other places that were farther away. Whatever we needed, he took care of it. We wish we could have stayed longer! This vacation was everything we needed, and Martin’s rooms are definitely the best on the island

We have stayed with Martin every year for over 10 years. Nothing is too much for him. He will take you to the supermarket over in the port. While you go for your night out he will take you groceries back and put them in the fridge for you. Then when you are ready to return just give him a call. Rooms are not big but certainly adequate. The shared kitchen is a good place to get to know other guests. And the lovely beach (best on the island and in my view one of the best in Greece) is just 30 seconds away. The taverna next door is quiet. (ie. No intrusive music) and does an excellent breakfast if you really are in a chillaxing mood. Tip. Amazing stay. The place is right on a sandy “Caribbean like” beach. This year was perfect. Few people. No campers. Crystal clear waters. The place offers all you need for a relaxing very laid back and cool holiday. You are 1 km away from the village of Agios Georgios but Martin, the manager , offers to drive you whether you need to go to the small supermarket or to the local tavernas! Martin is a fantastic host. He will do anything to make your stay perfect. The property is the only one on the beach of Livadi. From all rooms you can have a sea view.
