Nèsoi Villas Naxos — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

Staying at Nesoi Villas Naxos was a highlight of my recent honeymoon in Greece. The service and professionalism from Dimitris, the proprietor, was outstanding from the very start, as he communicated all the necessary details before we arrived, arranged for our transportation from the port to the villa, and made sure the kitchen was well-stocked with coffee, bottled water, and other necessities. His lovely parents even greeted us and later brought us a delicious home-cooked Greek meal, complete with their homemade wine. We felt so warmly welcomed and at home.

The villa itself was modern and comfortable, with the full range of expected amenities inside. The outside area was beautifully and thoughtfully designed too, with dining and lounging areas plus a pool that overlooks the town below. It provided the perfect perch to watch the stunning sunsets every night. Seriously, you could travel the entire island and you'd be hard-pressed to find a better view of the sunset than right here (I'd post some photos but the review page is not giving me that option; it that changes I will happily upload some).

Dimitris was always just a text away and enthusiastic about helping us with anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to car rental arrangements. On that note, I should mention that the villa sits on a steep hill about 15-20 minutes from the town on foot, so a car is not absolutely necessary but you'll probably want one (we walked during the day but at night we drove because it seemed safer than walking the darkened and narrow roads). I'd recommend a car anyway so you can explore the island, drive to less crowded beaches, and visit the old villages high up in the hills of Naxos. Regardless, whether you want to explore the secrets of the island or instead just laze in the pool with a drink and watch the sun melt into the Aegean, this is the perfect home base. This little villa is so,so nice! Perfect for two couples. Dimitris and his family are the best hosts! So helpful and nice in person and in all communications. Water, juice, coffie, sweets, bottle of wine and local cheese in the villa when we arrived. Following morning Dimitris brought us delicious homemade cheese pies for breakfast. Highly appreciated! Dimitris parents even cooked a greek traditional dinner one night and brought to us at the villa, so lovely. The villa is very clean, modern and cozy. Beds are very good and sleeping quality is exellent. The pool is great, and all outdoor space comfortable with the most amazing view ever! Sunset view out of this world! This villa is located in a very quiet area just above Naxos town which is absolutely beautiful. Easy 15 min.walk downhill to old town, castle,restaurants, bars and everything you need and a taxi back home if you don't like to walk up hill 😆 We had amazing time these 4 nights at Nesoi Villa and would have liked to stay longer. Nesoi Villas is an amazing place. I recommend it without a doubt. Location is perfect, it is like 5-6 m from city, view from villa is breathtaking, apartments made with a good taste and owner thought on every small thing. The comfort is for 100%. I really enjoyed to stay there and if I come more? Ohh yes for sure!!! Also want to leave one remark about owner of villa, it is really a man with a good heart. Sorry don’t meet him in real life but he was with us on phone every time we need him. Any questions we have he helped us and tried to make staying in new for us island Naxos very pleasant and comfortable. Thank you so much...
