Liofagos Luxury pastry & bakery — Restaurant in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

I have been blessed to visit Naxos for the third time. Last time my Bonus Dad who is from the island brought some pastries to a family dinner and I was blown away. I visited again this time and wanted to buy every single thing in the shop. All of the offerings are absolutely stunning aesthetically and taste even better. I am not generally a sweets person so for me to go out of my way to bring these back to our home here is out of character for me. I will be here for two months in total and will likely visit this shop every other week. I would go every day but I buy enough to last me for two weeks when I go. I get one of everything to keep it interesting and even flavors I don't generally enjoy. All of the treats are executed in such an ethereal way that I just can't stop myself from cleaning the adorable little containers in such a way that you likely couldn't take a sample for a microscope. Wonderful food. Went for an early walk outside of the resort I'm staying at. Felt like some Greek pastry ... saw this shop. I'm so glad I stopped here.

Place was immaculate. Very clean and staff were very accommodating.

I ordered the spinach pie, baklava, and other tasty treats. Spinach pie -- so crunchy exterior, filling was so tasty and cheesy... almost still piping hot after my walk back to the resort. 9.5/10!

Baklava was to die for ... so crunchy, so flavorful, but still so light and crispy. Wonderful. Portion sizes were massive.

And the other assorted goodies -- I don't know what they were called but so so good.

Absolutely fantastic bakery. Best brown bread we found in Greece so far. Also the croissants are even better than in France. Delicious pre-made sandwiches and the spinach pie we tried was also the best we have had in Greece. Tried a few of the chocolate desserts and they were just epic. Good coffee. Reasonable prices. Very patient staff. We were there every day during our vacation and I wish we had a bakery like that back home.
