Helen Hotel is a gem nestled along the coastline, offering an exceptional blend of modern comfort and scenic beauty. My stay here was nothing short of spectacular, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff at Helen Hotel go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued. They were always ready to assist with any requests.

The rooms are very comfortable. Each room is equipped with state-of-the-art amenities with brand new aircon units in every bedroom and huge widescreen TV with Netflix. The rooms have a safe, an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer. The beds were incredibly comfortable, promising a good night's sleep after a day of exploration.

The pool area is simply stunning. Surrounded by elegant landscaping, it serves as the perfect oasis for relaxation. The crystal-clear water of the pool was always inviting. It’s a great spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

Speaking of soaking up the sun, the sunbeds around the pool area were exceptionally comfortable. With plush cushions and adjustable settings, they provided the perfect perch for lounging. Whether you want to read a book, take a nap, or simply enjoy the sun, these sunbeds cater to all your relaxation needs.

One of the standout features of Helen Hotel is its unbeatable location. Situated right next to the beach, it offers direct access to the private beach. The proximity to the beach meant that I could enjoy morning walks along the shore, midday swims, and breathtaking sunsets without any hassle. It’s a beach lover’s dream come true.

We had breakfast every morning, the omelets are delicious and the coffees are made perfectly. with its stunning ocean views, added to the overall delightful experience.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Questionable Practices||I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience booking directly through this hotel’s website. After attempting to make a reservation, the website crashed, and I received no confirmation email. Concerned, I emailed the hotel right away to ask whether the booking had gone through, and also advised that the dates I wanted were no longer showing.||A full day later, they responded to say they had received the booking — but by that point, I had already booked alternative accommodation and immediately informed them that I no longer needed the reservation.||Despite this, they ignored my cancellation, never informed me that I’d be charged, and weeks later I noticed the full amount had been debited from my credit card without warning.||Shockingly, I even received a phone call on the day of check-in asking why I hadn’t arrived — which clearly shows the cancellation was either not registered or not properly acknowledged on their system. Even more confusing, the owner later emailed me saying that I had cancelled as per the cancellation policy — so why the call?||Only after I challenged the charge did they finally send a screenshot of a supposed confirmation — which I had never seen before and which looked like a back-end system capture. To date, I still haven’t received any proof that an actual confirmation email was sent to me, despite requesting it several times.||Between the website issues, poor communication, ignored emails, and contradictory responses, I cannot recommend booking directly with this hotel.
