Askeli beach — Attraction in Municipality of Poros

Sandy beach with clear waters and lovely views just a stone's throw from the nearby hotels. The sun beds are a decent price for Greek islands and there's a little space at the end for beach goers who don't want to pay.

Only three stars though because of all the smokers and cigarette butts. I had to pick up about 30 butts before we could sit down. Then a group of people sat down in front of us, started puffing away and dropping more on the ground. How can they think this is a good look? It's so tacky!

Beautiful beach with crystal clear water, probably the clearest we’ve seen during our stay in Poros. Some rocks at the very beginning, then all sand. It’s one of the closest beach to the city center and the port, therefor you have to go quite early in the morning to find a good place. There are a couple of beach resorts. Umbrella with 2 sunbeds for free but you have to take a drink for 3.50€ at least, one of the lowest prices in the island. After a hard and hot days walking we needed to relax😁 Askelli beach is near to our studio so decided to head there😁🇬🇷 Very nice sun beds and umbrellas and even found a bit of shade 😁 €15 for two beds 😁🇬🇷 Nice bar area. Very good toilets and changing areas😁🇬🇷 A few pebbles and into the sea.
