Odyssey Bistro — Restaurant in Municipality of Poros

Ate here on a whim for an early dinner. Reviews were good but still not expecting a lot. Was pleasantly surprised. Location was cool, after a day in the hot sun. Nice continual breeze. We were early so no crowds. Waitress nice.

We had the pulled pork and beef burger. As a BBQ aficionado (coming from South Carolina originally), I was impressed. Loved the potatoes too. Whatever they put on them - excellent. My only suggestion would be - cut the potatoes into smaller pieces so they cook all the way through as some were still hard.

Partner loved his burger - thought the whole combination worked. His only suggestion- could have been a little smaller.

Cheesecake was a nice way to finish off the meal.

This bistro is simply fantastic. Great place to go for breakfast, lunch, dinner or for some lovely sweets with a nice cup of coffee. I have been coming here during my holidays for fifteen (!) years and it always feels like coming home.

The service is really the best, there are only friendly people here who will go beyond everything for their customers. Almost anything is possible and they do it for you with a smile.

Menu wise they always have surprising twists to the Greek classics. I cannot recommend this place enough! I have even sent friends and family here all the way from the Netherlands and they all loved it.

If you are in the neighbourhood do yourself a favor...

Exceptional in every single way.

From the Friendly staff to the mouthwatering food, this is a place you must visit. I had the cheese sticks (accompanied with home-made tomato relish) and the pulled pork burger with chips, washed down with a Greek gin and tonic.

It’s not often that I’m lost for words but this was one of them. Maybe because I wasn’t expecting to be blown away by the quality and the taste of the food.

All in all, I can honestly say that the food there transcends anything you know or think you do about food and should be marketed as an experience. Go, just GO - you won’t regret it and if you do, I’ll...
