Dieses Haus wurde von den Veneianern in venezianischer Weise mit einem wunderschönen von den Appartements umschlossenen Hof gebaut. Mittlerweile ist es sehr gut restauriert und renoviert worden, so dass es sich für alle die nicht auf großen Luxus bestehen in den Einzimmerappartements sehr schön wohnen lässt. Lappa Apartements wird von einer sehr hilfsbereiten Frau geführt welche im gleichen Gebäude wohnt, was einerseits sehr angenehm bei von ihr gern beantworten Fragen zu Ort und Umgebung ist und aber auch zu einer fast familiären Nähe zwischen Vermieter und Gast führt. Sie spricht gut Englisch und Deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ort Argyroupoli ist überaus sehenswert, da überall Überreste aus der Zeit der Venezianer, Römer und alten Griechen zu finden sind.
