The studios are pretty far away from Theologos town (with its restaurants and bars - 10-15 minutes walk either via the beach or a street without sidewalk). We chose for this accommodation as we wanted something very quiet away from all the noise of the town. We especially emailed upfront and asked for a quiet room. Savvas, the son of the owners replied he would take care of it. However, we got a room 20 meters away from their restaurant where every night Savvas and some of his buddies are watching soccer games, drink beers, and talk loudly until late. So no chance to sleep for us before they decided to call it a day (usually long after midnight). Addressing this issue, Savvas was not willing to provide a solution (a room on the other side of the building would have been much better - but ok, they were fully booked) and said he could not tell his guests to be more quiet. Complaining to him a second time (of our 6 nights there, they were watching soccer games on 5 nights), he even reacted aggressively and told me that he never promised a quiet room to me.||As if that was not enough, when we came back one evening we found the door to our room to be wide open (with two laptops and an expensive camera inside). When showing this to Savvas, he just said that his mother cleaned there this afternoon (so the room door had been open like this for several hours!!) and that we should not worry.||||Overall, this has been the worst experience we had so far in Greece. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else if you want to go...
Read moreMy parents and I stayed here for just over a week in June and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed! I am very fussy when it comes to accommodation and I have to say this place was flawless! So clean, sheets changed every 2 days and we had 2 balconies! We couldn't fault it at all. Savvas, Michael and their family were amazing hosts and each night we had traditional Greek homemade dinners. It's very family oriented and they're so friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much for them. You can tell them what you want to eat for dinner or breakfast the next day and they'll go out and buy it for you. They can recommend places to visit and will help you rent a car etc. They also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport!||In terms of location - there is a stony beach by the apartments and Savvas can provide some sun beds for you. It's a huge paradise for kit surfers so there is lots to see and watch from the beach. There is also a supermarket and another resort (whose beach we used some days) only 15 minutes away by foot. Worth getting a car to visit other parts of the island. Sandy beaches are all on the opposite side of the island but the roads are so wide and driving is very safe. ||Overall...you must visit this place, even if it is just for a dinner one night. Amazing place. Definitely want to return and will recommend to...
Read moreΚαλημέρα Peace and quiet, beach, sea, good food .... what more could you ask for? Our stay lasted during the fires that took place in Rhodes. Despite the difficulties of the situation, Savvas and his family provided us with a wonderful holiday. They are wonderful hosts! Always polite, helpful, gave advice, and their hospitality deserves a rating that goes beyond the score provided by Booking.com. We will certainly remember wonderful, delicious and diverse dinners. Technically ;) it's a quiet place, about 100 meters from the sea. On the pebble beach most often used by kite surfers, there is also plenty of space for ordinary sunbathers. Most often, there was a distance of several dozen to a hundred meters to the "neighbor". As a curiosity: on the day of departure at 9.00 am I decided to take a last bath in the sea. There was the sea, a ship passing in the distance, and me. The apartment was clean, cleaned once every two days, when sheets and towels were changed. Savvas, thank you very much, to you, your parents, family and the rest of the team for an unforgettable...
