Merryland Studios and Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

Great place I miss it. Set in a quaint old area . 8 minutes walk from main street and main busses but there are also closer options. Professional manager, has good wifi throughout most of the apartment, self catering and we had a balcony to amazing view straight from our comfortable bed, with a bit if the sea :) When we came there were cleaning and comfort supplies in addition to a few food items. cleaning when asked, good communication. they tell you a day in advance and we liked the privacy. TV by us a little old and didn't work.. but that didn't bother us. A fridge, 2 counters, dishes and coffee maker, stove with oven, nice table and chairs on the balcony we didn't use the indoor ones once... couch corner.. very accommodating . A walk away from the pretty pebble beach.. best to bring some kind of wet-shoes (or buy for real cheap from the massive cheap chinese shop around the corner.. ask around) I miss the place will probably be back :)...

Located in the middle of nowhere a long walk to anywhere but close to the airport. It's €15 for a cab to the airport but only €10 more than the old town where there is far more to see and do. The apartment was big but the air con was barely functioning and the heat was intense then we had a power cut in the middle of the night so ended up baking. Luckily we were only there for a night. Rooms look like they have not been refurbished in 30yrs. Everything was held up by string and cellotape. Cooking facilities were welcome but we didn't use them. Great value for money ! The ap is in a quiet zone, all you can hear are the planes landing and taking off, sometimes it can be very loud but we really enjoyes it. We had a little terace with sea view which was fantastic, the sunset was also beatiful from there. The beds were comfy, kitchen equiped with everything you need for a quick meal. The fridge and the washing mashine were very helpful. We also had shower gel and toothpaste, hot water all the time. Parking was always available. Michael is a great owner, helped us with everything we needed and every four day he sparkly cleaned everything....
