Anthokipos restaurant — Restaurant in Municipality of Rhodes

Very variable quality it would seem. I had a chicken and bacon Souvlaki which was good. However, my vegetarian partner chose a margarita pizza. This was very poor indeed - possibly the worst she's ever had. It was obviously not a home made base ( frozen apparently) and had been burned around the edges. The homemade chips were good, though. Also, the wait was unacceptably long - approx 50 minutes - especially as the place was not particularly busy. To be honest, not worth returning as there are much better...

This is such a friendly and welcoming pub! The food is delicious, affordable and the portions are of a big size! It was a very chilled but fun vibe and not once did I feel uncomfortable, especially as I was travelling solo. During my stay in Rhodos, I went to this restaurant twice but wish I could have visited more! Thank you to all the staff and friendly people who made my experience on my trip a great one!!! I will definitely be back...

Waiter seemed to avoid serving us for some reason, despite us asking the staff who were delivering the food and clearing the tables (who were very nice). Upon my husband asking the barman, who was also very nice, we did get prompt service and delicious food - of which there was very generous portions. A shame about the waiter, because otherwise we had a lovely time and...
