VILLA PALEOS HILLSIDE Filerimos, Ialyssos, Rhodes, 85101 — Hotel in Municipality of Rhodes

There are 4 Villa’s we stayed at Hillside Villa. You need a car to access everything but you have to park on the street despite plenty of space outside the Villa. ||||The Pool table was very tired and not level so if you tried to play all the balls just rolled into the end corner pocket (when we asked for table to be levelled we were told it was the wind) the ping pong table was broken and being held together with tape. The tap in the downstairs bathroom was leaking and the seals round the upstairs shower was broken flooding the bathroom every time my parents had a shower. There was slats missing from the bed when we informed the owner George he just said “and” he then went to one of the empty Villas and took one of their slats. In addition to this none of the toilets appeared to be secured to the floor correctly.||||The pool is cleaned twice weekly on a Thursday and Monday we arrived to a very dirty pool on the Saturday which was full of sand so I would recommend the pool is cleaned before guests arrive.||||The Villa came completely empty. No Salt and Pepper no washing liquid or dishwasher tablets etc. we had loads of food left and other items such as Ariel capsules and Softener as well as bin liners and charcoal for the BBQ all of this is removed by the cleaner on the final day. I’m not sure why they can’t just leave an almost full bag of charcoal for the next guests? ||||You can’t watch the TV as there is no reception on any of the channels. I logged into Netflix, Prime and Disney accounts so we were able to watch films etc in the evening but don’t expect to be able to watch anything on TV otherwise.||||Despite the shortfalls of this Villa we had a great two week family holiday - we loved the local restaurant Filerimos the food and service was amazing. The local Lalisos strip was good and we enjoyed Alkonis sports bar as well as restaurants Tsapadona and Platon...

Paleos Villas- Evergreen was perfect for us! There were three adults and three teenage girls. The villa exceeded our expectations, it was clean, and well kept. The private pool was clean and very accessible with a handrail and steps down in to the shallower end. ||We did arrive to no electricity but this was quickly sorted by the owners via our villa plus contact number. (We did arrive during a storm so can’t be helped)||We had pre ordered a food delivery from the supermarket, via the link on VillaPlus and this was already at the Villa when we arrived! We also used a food delivery app to order takeaways from ‘Yummies’ a couple of times which was excellent!||The Villa is on a plot with 3 others, situated on the hill just outside Ialysos, and is a 30 minute walk in to town or a 5 minute taxi ride. Rhodes town is only around 15 minutes away. Taxi’s are excellent, we used them a lot! There is also Car hire, electric scooters, and bikes, which you can hire from the town and the Villa has ample parking.||Overall this Villa is peacefully located for a relaxing day round the pool and very easy to access bars and restaurants in the evening via taxi, also the water park is only a 30 minute drive away. ||We cannot...

Second time out to this location different villa to last time , the opposite side lol . It’s the best one I think out of the four plot wise . Quiet location off the beaten track from the crowds of tourists but well in reach of local areas , especially the old town of roads beautiful !!! Hire a car even better roads are tight in places especially going the back routes but in general good , just be mindful of the scooters !! Beautiful island plenty to do if you wish or just chill out ! The weather is so consistent lovely light...
