Egeon Studios — Hotel in Municipality of Sithonia

I enjoy here. Very nice rooms, I currently use one, while my sister and my brother in low are in another one, both are really comfortable, and both have balconies with a nice view on the sea (and we are on the down floor, the view from the rooms above ours is probably even better). There's a huge balcony on the top of the house (the best view is from there), all guests can use it, but no one sits right by your side and listen to your conversations or whatever you do, it's really great). In the rooms, there's pretty much everything you need. I particularly like that I never have to wait for a hot water - there's always hot water for a shower or whatever. Eleni, the owner, is so nice and friendly. Also, it's a pet friendly place, AND Eleni is one of the rare houseowners who kept the trees, grass and flowers around the house - most people don't think it's important or their green arias looks artificial. This is my first vacation in Neos Marmaras, but if decide to come again, I'll come to this...

This was by far the best stay I’ve ever had, and I’ve traveled a lot. The location is perfect, the apartments are beautifully decorated with a stylish seaside touch, and everything is spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning and available to use anytime — a true highlight. Our host was the most amazing I’ve ever met: incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help.
