I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and comfortable.

The room was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the daily housekeeping service was consistently thorough. I especially appreciated the little touches – fresh towels, quality toiletries, and complimentary water and coffee.

The location is perfect – quiet enough for a good night’s sleep but still close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Breakfast was a highlight: a great variety of fresh options, both hot and cold, in a clean and pleasant dining area.

One of the best apartments i have stayed in. I stayed with my wife and daugetr from the 7th of june until the 21st of June

The apartment was clean and tidy and the host welcomed us upon arrival. Whenever we needed anything we just sent a message on whats app, that's extremely convenient especially for parents like us.

The nearby area has a beach in approx 350 meters and the main street for the shop in approx 500 meters. I mention the distance because if you would like to walk you can easily do so.

There is a cleaning service taking place every 3 days but they gave us clean linens also when we asked to, they are really flexible.

Απογοητευτική εμπειρία – Το κατάλυμα δεν πληροί βασικές προδιαγραφές

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα δεν πραγματοποιήθηκε, παρότι είχε προπληρωθεί για τρεις διανυκτερεύσεις. Από την πρώτη στιγμή εντοπίστηκαν σοβαρά προβλήματα. Το πρώτο διαμέρισμα (αρ. 1) στο οποίο τοποθετηθήκαμε, παρουσίαζε εμφανέστατη έλλειψη καθαριότητας: σπασμένα ποτήρια, κατσαρίδα εντός του ψυγείου, και γενικά εικόνα εγκατάλειψης. Ζητήσαμε άμεσα αλλαγή και μεταφερθήκαμε στο διαμέρισμα αρ. 7, το οποίο, δυστυχώς, βρισκόταν σε παρόμοια κατάσταση: λεκέδες σε επιφάνειες, κακή υγιεινή, και έλλειψη ζεστού νερού και πίεσης στο μπάνιο.

Ο υπεύθυνος της επιχείρησης μάς ενημέρωσε πως "υπάρχει γενικότερο πρόβλημα", ωστόσο αυτό δεν δικαιολογεί την κατάσταση στην οποία παραλάβαμε το διαμέρισμα. Παρά την επικοινωνία μας, δεν δόθηκε καμία πρακτική λύση που να διασφαλίζει αξιοπρεπείς συνθήκες διαμονής. Αναγκαστήκαμε να αποχωρήσουμε εντός λίγων ωρών.

Καταγγέλλω με πλήρη επίγνωση την εμπειρία αυτή ώστε να προφυλαχθούν και άλλοι καταναλωτές. Το κατάλυμα δεν ανταποκρίνεται ούτε στις ελάχιστες απαιτήσεις φιλοξενίας. Extremely disappointing experience – Unacceptable accommodation conditions

Although we had prepaid our stay for three nights, we were forced to leave just two hours after check-in due to unacceptable conditions. The first apartment we were placed in (No. 1) was clearly in a neglected state: dirty surfaces, broken glasses, and even a cockroach inside the fridge.

After contacting the manager, we were moved to apartment No. 7, but the situation was no better: dirty bathroom, stains all over, and no hot water or proper water pressure.

The explanation given was that there was a “general issue” in the building, yet this doesn't excuse the condition of the accommodation. No viable solution was offered. We had no choice but to leave shortly after arriving.
