CRISPY — Restaurant in Municipality of Sithonia

Food is great, no doubt, it is worth visiting the place.

What I didn’t like is the service. After delivering the food from the initial order the guy just disappeared or went too fast to other tables, or was sometimes sitting on other tables with friends who came to the restaurant, so I couldn’t order what I wanted - additional drinks and the desert that here is mentioned in the reviews. This took around 1 hour without service from him. Then I gave up in trying to attract his attention and just found him to ask at least for the bill, because we had to go. Just to confirm: there were 2-3 other tables with customers, it wasn’t crowded at all. And in general I don’t get why in Greece they do not pick up the empty plates after U are done with eating. It is like U have one shot to order and this is it. And at the end the last thing we didn’t like was that in the bill there was water charged that we never got (i had to translate it because it was in greek).

P.S, Also there was another guy from the restaurant staff sitting in a table next to us, who was smoking and because of the ventilator the smell was coming to us (we do not smoke). I know that Greece is #1 smoking country in Europe, but at least in restaurants this could be more private.

So food -5, service - 1,...

We ordered a pizza that we waited for for almost 40 minutes. The place was not crowded, so we couldn't understand why it was taking that long for our order to come. I politely told someone about the problem and he came back saying that our pizza had been mistakenly put in the food showcase in front of the restaurant (because they also sell pizza by slice). I think the pizza had been sitting there for at least 15 minutes because it was cold, we could barely cut it with the knife or chew it. I think it would have been a great pizza because the toppings were plenty. Even though the person we talked to apologised and admitted the mistake, I think he could have at least offered to heat the pizza a little bit. But it is disappointing to see that he says our review is a lie and we've never been to his restaurant. Me and my family dined at Crispy and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The service was impeccable—our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to accommodate any requests. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. And the pizza?
