Run , run away that you have get an idea to spend holiday here. But hotel is specialised not for vacationers, but for mass actions. It has a great congress hall renovated from industrial storage or anything similar. But services...? Specialy rooms ..? Our group had got a range of rooms . Any fair, but about half of them unsuitability for accomodation in European Union!!! I mean that Edmont Dantes had more light in fortress IF . View to wall four metres from windows, special to loud climatization megatube and loud and smell from back kitchen area. Wonderful 5 stars experience. The bathroom size LILIPUT 1,4m * 2m - the other real 5 stars experience. The last call, was for us the third bed . We had ordered three bed room and had good hobbit room /14-16 m2/ with two beds and extra bed type " russian bed" with combination of garden mattress. For man about 90 kg real special. For our asking we had got the same answer. Your agency know about quality of room, we are tip -top 5 stars hotel, but your agency fooled you. We have no solution for you. It is normal..?! .So what to do,agency is far away, one of us slept on floor on matress four nights in 5 STARS HOTEL. Bussines between agencies and hotel is not fair for guests and every guest is only the number in computer. At least I must write, that in hotel work a lot of people hard and intensive, specialy in cleaning department , but the guest cannot be satisfied with other services, than the basic room is a little bit catastrophic. I stayed at this hotel 12-16 Apr 2024 for a veterinary conference.

The pluses: staff & food All team members I encountered were friendly, attentive, & professional. The food was quite delicious and presented in beautiful fashion. The breakfast buffet was excellent but so too was food served from the a la carte menu.

The minuses: rooms, location I stayed in Room 169, and I could hear everything. Individuals walking in the room above me. The individual snoring in the room next to me. Whenever someone moved a chair in a nearby room. My last night was the worst, compounded by a group of middle school students who felt it was appropriate to run wildly down hallways, scream to each other from opposite ends of the hallway, and randomly knock on room doors. I had to go to the reception desk directly to ask them to address this issue because the phone in my room was non-functional, and the attendant reportedly dispatched both security and contacted the students' teachers. Unfortunately, these endeavors didn't make a positive difference, and the children continued to run amuck until 0400 when I checked out. In addition to the non-functional phone in the room, the two outlets on either side of the bed also didn't work (but all other outlets functioned properly).

While the room, itself, was problematic, so too was the location. The hotel has no shuttle service to the city centre, and walking the 4.1 km one way got old very quickly. Frustratingly, getting a taxi was challenging despite the hotel staff's best efforts, so we ended up making the 8.2 km roundtrip walk more frequently than we...

Truly an awful experience,the room was pretty bad,the door didn't close all the way the,the cards didn't always work and people could see our room through the gaps in the door and there was no privacy at all.Our window looked in the hallway leaving us no choice but to keep it closed at all times as a result of the room's temperature rising since the A/C only produced hot air and there was no drinkable water in the room to cool off only in the hotels bar but that was very expensive and the shower water had no pressure so it was pretty challenging to rinse of the soap and clean ourselves.The hotels food was horrible and not cooked properly but there was no other choice since there was no food store in close range of the hotel.The manager and the present security weren't helpful and willing to assist us with any problems at all and even threatened us with not letting us enter the bouffe if we were not in the appropriate in their opinion clothing (sandals were not allowed outside the room)and the security always asked us why we were outside our rooms and always gave us weird looks,only the chefs and the staff mempers were helpful...
