To put context in my following comments, my wife and I are seasoned travellers, completing many overseas trips in the past few years, and more recently the experience that follows was at the end of a 6 week trip thru Europe ….. Whilst the hotel itself was comfortable and our time exploring Paros was enjoyable, our experience with Paros Comfy Suites was not enjoyable. Firstly, the transfer vehicle from the port to our hotel was a no-show, so after contacting the hotel we waited 30 minutes for a car, which should have been a van for 4 adults + luggage (fortunately we squeezed in), then upon arrival at the hotel we found it be to very isolated (2 km to nearest village), so getting to /from the village required a 2km walk each day (no shuttle service is provided), then as we were travelling as 2 couples (the booking made and paid together), one couple were upgraded, the other not - this is a hotel 101 mistake in our opinion. Anyway, upon requesting an upgrade, we were advised that maybe nights 2&3 could be possible for an upgrade, to then be told after asking them again (they weren’t proactive in updating us), that nothing was available - a complete lie as the unit next to us (which was an upgrade unit), was vacant for our nights 2&3 - VERY disappointing and dishonest. Then as the property was isolated we decided to have a drink at the bar (opening hours 6pm-11pm) INCORRECT - we arrived at 6 pm and after waiting for 15 minutes I approached the hotel manager to be advised the bar tended to open when it felt like it ( it was contracted out), and as we then observed the bar staff arrived at the bar at 6.50pm, 10 minute before their first dinner booking arrived - NOT IMPRESSED - and very disrespectful to its hotel guests! To top it off the supposed booking for our transfer back to the port was also not recorded, but luckily we checked that the day before we left so we could sort it. So overall a very average experience was had by my wife and myself, we would definitely not recommend staying here, especially without a car. There are many other good hotel options in Naoussa village itself that I would advise sussing out before booking the Paros...

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique hotel. It is located right on a quiet beach with calm waters and breathtaking sunsets. The setting is serene and intimate. Perfect for relaxation.
The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always went out of their way to help. From sharing local tips to providing maps and recommendations, their hospitality really elevated our stay.
The included à la carte breakfast was delicious, with several options available between 8:00 and 10:15 am. Knowing that the eggs come straight from the hotel’s own chickens, just steps away from the dining area, made it even more special. They also grow their own vegetables on-site, which adds a charming, farm-to-table touch.
Our room was a spacious, well-appointed suite with a private heated pool, comfortable loungers, and everything spotlessly clean. The queen bed was comfortable. However, the mattress was on the thinner side. A minor detail in an otherwise excellent room.
With only a handful of rooms on the property, the atmosphere is tranquil and uncrowded. The small parking lot was easy to access and very close to our room. This was a great convenience.
A few small suggestions: • Adding a duvet or comforter would be a welcome touch, as the sheets were quite light. • Breakfast service was a bit slow at times. This was likely due to having just one server on duty, though always friendly and accommodating. • The hotel embraces an eco-friendly philosophy. We appreciated it once we understood it, but it might be helpful to let guests know in advance that extras like beach towel changes come with a small fee. • The bathroom layout could be improved. The shower door is narrow, leading to some water spilling onto the floor. The space is also a bit tight around the toilet.
Overall, we truly loved our stay. It was peaceful, authentic, and thoughtfully run. We would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a...
