When we booked this hotel, we were uncertain of what to expect, but we left pleasantly surprised and happy. Located in a secluded area just a 5-minute drive away, you definitely need a car, bike, or motorcycle here, as there are no other nearby amenities. However, the privacy and tranquility of the hotel's surroundings make it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a few days on this beautiful island. The rooms are spacious, and depending on your booking, the pools are both nice and very private. The beds and room amenities are comprehensive, and the construction quality is excellent. The staff is exceptionally attentive and always ready to assist with any need. From the moment you arrive, you feel right at home. The only downside is the hotel's restaurant, which can be a bit pricey and sometimes too sophisticated for a simple meal. We occasionally found ourselves craving a simple salad with fries and, when comparing the hotel's prices and portions to those of a nearby taverna, we were disappointed. However, some guests might not mind this. Additionally, for sea lovers, the beach is rocky rather than sandy. This wasn't a problem for us and actually added to its beauty, but be aware that rocks can sometimes be uncomfortable, so bring water shoes. Overall, we had an amazing time and would gladly return. At times, it felt like we had the whole property to ourselves, and my family and I had a wonderful time in Paros.

PCS was legitimately the best hotel experience of my life. I travel frequently, mainly within the US, so the comparisons are only really to luxury Asian hotels, Hawaii, and perhaps remote Italian trips. It crushed all of those. You need a car in Paros if you want to maximize the experience and, although walkable from Naoussa, it definitely was improved by *not* spending much time in Naoussa. Instead, we enjoyed the hotel for breakfast (a true highlight), and in the evening for one of our three dinners. We liked the room and the shower (very high water pressure). The staff were extremely attentive to us, made reservations at the best restaurants (Kima, Balcony tou Aliki etc) and generally were delighted to have us stay with them. They give you reusable water bottles, and there are fill stations all over the property. They have a small farm on the property and their animals are very cute (albeit hot). At first you may see the electrical generator on the horizon and think, what is this place? But then that disappears, and you fall in love with PCS. We booked the junior suite (their cheapest) and it was absolutely perfect for a couple. The views are uncompromisingly amazing, the location is great. I hope to come back sometime.

This was my 3rd stay at the hotel and the last one. It amazes me on how they can run down a hotel that much. I first was there 2020 and 2021, and I thought the hotel is amazing, after that it gradually got worse and also it seems that the management change has something to do with it. I booked two rooms. There was heavy mold in one of the showers, absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. The other one had hair in it and some weird smell. The cleaning staff left their cleaning bottles in the room, one day in the one room, the next day in the other. Cleaning was also not done properly. The hotel also became heavily understaffed, e.g. at the breakfast, the "room maintenance" person was helping out with bringing the food but he didn't take the orders, thus you need to wait for the cook (who is obviously busy cooking). The breakfast menu is now about half with egg dishes, thus if you don't like eggs, then you will get a quite limited selection with croissant and fruits. The hotel is absolutely overpriced for what it overs and it really hurts me to see on how they managed to continuously run down this former great hotel so much in just 5 years. Never again. It really negatively influenced our holiday.

To put context in my following comments, my wife and I are seasoned travellers, completing many overseas trips in the past few years, and more recently the experience that follows was at the end of a 6 week trip thru Europe ….. Whilst the hotel itself was comfortable and our time exploring Paros was enjoyable, our experience with Paros Comfy Suites was not enjoyable. Firstly, the transfer vehicle from the port to our hotel was a no-show, so after contacting the hotel we waited 30 minutes for a car, which should have been a van for 4 adults + luggage (fortunately we squeezed in), then upon arrival at the hotel we found it be to very isolated (2 km to nearest village), so getting to /from the village required a 2km walk each day (no shuttle service is provided), then as we were travelling as 2 couples (the booking made and paid together), one couple were upgraded, the other not - this is a hotel 101 mistake in our opinion. Anyway, upon requesting an upgrade, we were advised that maybe nights 2&3 could be possible for an upgrade, to then be told after asking them again (they weren’t proactive in updating us), that nothing was available - a complete lie as the unit next to us (which was an upgrade unit), was vacant for our nights 2&3 - VERY disappointing and dishonest. Then as the property was isolated we decided to have a drink at the bar (opening hours 6pm-11pm) INCORRECT - we arrived at 6 pm and after waiting for 15 minutes I approached the hotel manager to be advised the bar tended to open when it felt like it ( it was contracted out), and as we then observed the bar staff arrived at the bar at 6.50pm, 10 minute before their first dinner booking arrived - NOT IMPRESSED - and very disrespectful to its hotel guests! To top it off the supposed booking for our transfer back to the port was also not recorded, but luckily we checked that the day before we left so we could sort it. So overall a very average experience was had by my wife and myself, we would definitely not recommend staying here, especially without a car. There are many other good hotel options in Naoussa village itself that I would advise sussing out before booking the Paros...

A peaceful, authentic, and truly special stay

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique hotel. It is located right on a quiet beach with calm waters and breathtaking sunsets. The setting is serene and intimate. Perfect for relaxation.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They always went out of their way to help. From sharing local tips to providing maps and recommendations, their hospitality really elevated our stay.

The included à la carte breakfast was delicious, with several options available between 8:00 and 10:15 am. Knowing that the eggs come straight from the hotel’s own chickens, just steps away from the dining area, made it even more special. They also grow their own vegetables on-site, which adds a charming, farm-to-table touch.

Our room was a spacious, well-appointed suite with a private heated pool, comfortable loungers, and everything spotlessly clean. The queen bed was comfortable. However, the mattress was on the thinner side. A minor detail in an otherwise excellent room.

With only a handful of rooms on the property, the atmosphere is tranquil and uncrowded. The small parking lot was easy to access and very close to our room. This was a great convenience.

A few small suggestions: • Adding a duvet or comforter would be a welcome touch, as the sheets were quite light. • Breakfast service was a bit slow at times. This was likely due to having just one server on duty, though always friendly and accommodating. • The hotel embraces an eco-friendly philosophy. We appreciated it once we understood it, but it might be helpful to let guests know in advance that extras like beach towel changes come with a small fee. • The bathroom layout could be improved. The shower door is narrow, leading to some water spilling onto the floor. The space is also a bit tight around the toilet.

Overall, we truly loved our stay. It was peaceful, authentic, and thoughtfully run. We would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet retreat in a...

We had a great stay at this boutique hotel. It’s right on a small beach with waves crashing in front of your room. The setting and the rooms are nicely organized along the shoreline.||The staff are very kind and attentive. They really go out of their way to help you. From sharing tips on where to eat, to giving us maps and highlighting the best places and restaurants to visit, they took pride in helping you and making sure you were well supported throughout the stay.||Breakfast is à la carte and really good, with quite a few options (8:00 to 10:15). It was amazing that the eggs came straight from their own chickens from their farm next door, with other vegetables and animals.||Our suite was large and very comfortable with a private heated pool, sun loungers and chairs. It a was beautiful. The queen bed was good too, even if the mattress was a bit on the thin side.||There are only a few rooms so it never felt crowded. The small parking lot was easy to get to and super close to the room.||A few things that could be better:| • A duvet or thicker comforter would be nice. The sheets alone were a bit thin.| • Breakfast service is slightly slow in the morning, probably because there’s only one server (but always friendly!).| • there is an eco-friendly vibe, which is great, but we were surprised to see there’s a charge if you want to change beach towels.| • The bathroom layout could be improved. The shower door is small, so water gets on the floor, and it’s tight near the toilet.||We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others as well. It’s peaceful, good value for money, and run with a...
