f you're visiting Paros and want more than just a meal — if you're looking for an experience — do not miss Enjoy Paros. This place is so much more than a restaurant. It’s a soulful, welcoming haven where food, nature, and genuine hospitality come together.

We were lucky enough to meet the owner, Pablo, who truly made our time there unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than customers. Pablo took the time to show us the beautiful farm right on the property, sharing his passion for the land, the ingredients, and the story behind every dish. Walking among olive trees, herbs, and fresh vegetables just steps away from our table made us appreciate the meal even more.

And the food? Absolutely incredible. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and prepared with love. It's the kind of food that tells a story — deeply rooted in the island’s traditions but elevated with care and creativity. Combined with sweeping views that take your breath away, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect setting.

Pablo's warmth and enthusiasm left a real impression on us. It felt like visiting an old friend who just happens to cook better than anyone you know. Whether you're looking for an authentic taste of Paros, a peaceful retreat with spectacular views, or simply a memorable night surrounded by kind people and great food — Enjoy Paros is the place.

A heartfelt thank you to Pablo and the team. We can’t wait...

Excellent and delicious food, unacceptable service. Let’s look at the events: From the moment we sat down, we had to wait around one hour just to get our bread and salads. Then around half an hour more for the main dishes, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. There was a single waitress working the entire restaurant, who was very kind and accommodating but that’s obviously not enough. These issues clearly stem from horrible mismanagement. Clearly understaffed, and they also clearly never bothered to train the waitress properly, which again is not her fault. Because there was only one waitress and couldn’t manage everything, the girl behind the bar had to also wait tables. One salad came out with no cutlery to serve it. We asked for some (which are supposed to be a big spoon and a fork), and we were given a spoon. The next salad also came with no cutlery. We asked for the grilled octopus to be served as an appetizer together with the salads. It ended up being served last, after the main dishes.

It is a pity because the place has a lot of potential, but having to wait nearly two hours to have dinner is simply a bad experience. Shame to the owner…Hiring an adequate number of staff and training them properly does not waste your money, it helps you create a restaurant actually worth...

Felt Like Family

We came to watch the sunset and enjoy our last dinner in Paros here. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by everyone like a friend, from bartender to waitress to owner. The vibe was fine dining with a laid back Mediterranean atmosphere. There was upbeat music playing, the restaurant is on a hill overlooking a cove, with hills in the background - very beautiful.

We were shown the three choices for the fish of the day in a cooler and were actually able to pick out the fish. The owner/chef introduced himself to us and on my mentioning the grills we had seen walking in he showed them to me - if you/anyone in your party likes to grill and they are not too busy I’m sure he’d have a great time showing and talking the grill with you/them.

The food was great, our favorite was the sea bass tartare. A really delightful mixture of fresh fish flavors, citrus, and herbs.

The service continued throughout the meal to be the same as we were greeted when we walked in. We enjoyed conversation and banter with the staff and learned some Greek words along the way.

Our only regret was we drove there and couldn’t stay...

This place is literally worth almost dying for! Let me explain. My wife and I celebrated our 3 year anniversary in Greece, and Paros was one of the islands we stayed at. For the anniversary dinner itself, Enjoy Paros was highly recommended online. Well, it was early October and a bit off season. The place was only a half hours drive from our hotel in Nousa, and yet I managed to get us lost and almost drove off a cliff too. But we managed to get there safely. When we entered the place, it was dead. Obviously, since it was off season. But the staff! They made us feel very special and ensured we had a lovely celebratory dinner. Pablo, the owner, wowed us with his exquisite farm to table dishes that were as delectable as they were visually stunning (my pictures do not do them justice.) Pablo also gifted us several deserts and some strong ouzo to help us celebrate. We loved everything about this place, and somehow just having the entire place to ourselves made our night even more special and romantic. My wife and I cannot wait to come back to Greece and visit this place again! Ps. Thank you Pablo and staff! You guys rock!

If you're looking for a place where beauty, peace and unforgettable hospitality meet, this is it. I've visited many restaurants on several Greek islands, but I can say without hesitation that this is the best restaurant I've ever been to.. The setting is truly magical—especially at sunset. As the sun slowly sinks into the horizon, the entire atmosphere transforms into something serene and breathtaking. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, and you just want to take it all in. The food is more than just good—it’s thoughtfully prepared, rich in flavor, and clearly made with love. But what makes this place truly special is the warmth of the people. The staff doesn’t just serve you; they welcome you. The kindness and genuine hospitality stay with you long after you’ve left the table. You don’t just feel like a guest—you feel like a friend. I absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Paros. Come for the view, stay for the food, and leave with memories that will stay in your heart. Thank you to everyone there for such a wonderful experience. You made it unforgettable.
