f you're visiting Paros and want more than just a meal — if you're looking for an experience — do not miss Enjoy Paros. This place is so much more than a restaurant. It’s a soulful, welcoming haven where food, nature, and genuine hospitality come together.
We were lucky enough to meet the owner, Pablo, who truly made our time there unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt like guests rather than customers. Pablo took the time to show us the beautiful farm right on the property, sharing his passion for the land, the ingredients, and the story behind every dish. Walking among olive trees, herbs, and fresh vegetables just steps away from our table made us appreciate the meal even more.
And the food? Absolutely incredible. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and prepared with love. It's the kind of food that tells a story — deeply rooted in the island’s traditions but elevated with care and creativity. Combined with sweeping views that take your breath away, it’s hard to imagine a more perfect setting.
Pablo's warmth and enthusiasm left a real impression on us. It felt like visiting an old friend who just happens to cook better than anyone you know. Whether you're looking for an authentic taste of Paros, a peaceful retreat with spectacular views, or simply a memorable night surrounded by kind people and great food — Enjoy Paros is the place.
A heartfelt thank you to Pablo and the team. We can’t wait...
Read moreExcellent and delicious food, unacceptable service. Let’s look at the events: From the moment we sat down, we had to wait around one hour just to get our bread and salads. Then around half an hour more for the main dishes, and the restaurant wasn’t even full. There was a single waitress working the entire restaurant, who was very kind and accommodating but that’s obviously not enough. These issues clearly stem from horrible mismanagement. Clearly understaffed, and they also clearly never bothered to train the waitress properly, which again is not her fault. Because there was only one waitress and couldn’t manage everything, the girl behind the bar had to also wait tables. One salad came out with no cutlery to serve it. We asked for some (which are supposed to be a big spoon and a fork), and we were given a spoon. The next salad also came with no cutlery. We asked for the grilled octopus to be served as an appetizer together with the salads. It ended up being served last, after the main dishes.
It is a pity because the place has a lot of potential, but having to wait nearly two hours to have dinner is simply a bad experience. Shame to the owner…Hiring an adequate number of staff and training them properly does not waste your money, it helps you create a restaurant actually worth...

We came to watch the sunset and enjoy our last dinner in Paros here. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by everyone like a friend, from bartender to waitress to owner. The vibe was fine dining with a laid back Mediterranean atmosphere. There was upbeat music playing, the restaurant is on a hill overlooking a cove, with hills in the background - very beautiful.
We were shown the three choices for the fish of the day in a cooler and were actually able to pick out the fish. The owner/chef introduced himself to us and on my mentioning the grills we had seen walking in he showed them to me - if you/anyone in your party likes to grill and they are not too busy I’m sure he’d have a great time showing and talking the grill with you/them.
The food was great, our favorite was the sea bass tartare. A really delightful mixture of fresh fish flavors, citrus, and herbs.
The service continued throughout the meal to be the same as we were greeted when we walked in. We enjoyed conversation and banter with the staff and learned some Greek words along the way.
Our only regret was we drove there and couldn’t stay...
