Errica Apartment — Hotel in Preveza Municipality

big big disappointment! the furniture seemed new, but from the moment I entered the apartment, I was struck by an unbearable smell of mold. (2 adults and a 5-year-old child). We were thinking of staying 11 days, but we only stayed 2 hours until we found another accommodation. Very kind host, nothing to say but...a big NO for this apartment. The terrace is non-existent, all the AC drain was in the micro-terrace, a lot of ants gathered, you couldn't even smoke a cigarette, there was no way in serving breakfast there. The AC is very strong for the room where it was installed, but weak to cool the whole apartment. When I opened the kitchen cabinet to get a plate, I was hit by the intense smell of mold. The sofa cover in the kitchen smelled as if it had been used by others, although it should have smelled clean. If initially Tassos said that he would return our money if we left, he thought that he needed 50eur for cleaning.
