Giola Hosting — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

We were there for 9 nights At arrival the studio was very filthy Hairs on the bed, hairs in the shower, dust everywhere under and over furniture. You swipe your finger and the table changes colour. Would not want to sleep in that dust. Only 2 towels for 2 people. No extra sheets. They come every 3 days to change the towels and sheets although we said we don't want them to do that and to just leave it to us and give us sheets and towels. Hard to communicate due to language barrier. A 10cm nail in the garden punctured my tire and when we said that to the host they didn't even respond.

The only nice thing is that it's more isolated which we were looking for. But won't go...

Even if initially I was a little scared of the surroundings (it seems like an abandoned area), I later appreciated the silence and the fresh air. The accommodation looks very good, all the materials used are of good quality, but I would recommend more attention to cleanliness (there were cobwebs in the corners, the furniture was greasy). In addition, I consider a dumpster outside useful, I had many empty water bottles, watermelon peels, I carried them in the first days after me, to throw them in the resort. The room was decently clean. However, the staff is very rude through the phone. The room didn't even have a wine opener, nor a "do not disturb" sign to put on the door. 0 privacy even "arranging" my god damn luggage. Who touches other people's belongings? You will need to message the host if you don't want the maid to disturb you. Another complaint is that the house is not fully built yet, making it look like a nightmare at first view and making you think " what did I book", construction was a big annoyance in...
