Ilion Studios — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

Rooms: very large, nicely painted and with decent furniture, with own shower/bath and kitchenette - plenty of room to accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 kids (if you can manage the kids, anyway). Each room has a large balcony with either mountain or sea view.||Location: Skala Potamia, app. 15 km from ferry arrival place is on the eastern part of the island with mostly sand beaches and crystal clear water. Ilion Studios are located 100m from seashore so you are in the heart of everything and, still, there is silence for you to rest. Everything (market, restaurants, bus stop, gas station, atm, etc.) is in a 300m radius.||Service: excellent - everything is cleaned and changed daily (or as often as needed) and you will be pleased even if you are, mildly, into OCD ;)||Staff: owners (Ingve and Varvara) are friendly and heartwarming - you can get tips for secluded beaches, or for best foods, or you can taste sweets/wine made by themselves.||Additional exercises: the sea shore is 100m from Ilion Studios and yet you will find that this is the best place to start exploring other beaches within a 15km radius: Paradise, Golden, Agios Ioanis (highly recommended for atmosphere and swimming), Livadi, Pachis, Giola, and many others.||Consistency: all the above remarks are still valid after being here three times (in three different|| years) and this is a hint that the place will keep its values for...

The best of Ilion Studios are it's hosts! I've never met so kind and interesting owners. They are always there for every useful info and everything you need. I must say that Yngve is a very charismatic, hardworking, kind and smiling host. we have tasted many great things from his garden, great wine that he makes and tasty sweets made by Varvara! You can ask him for every info that you need about the island, such as where to go and what to see (beaches, historical places, restaurants, cheapest and best rent-a-car...) Studios are exactly like on pictures! They are modest but very clean and fully equipped with everything you need! WiFi is excellent. Common areas are very spacious, comfortable, modern and clean, you can stay there in the hottest hours of the day/evenings and just have a pleasant and interesting chat with Yngve. Skala Potamia is situated in very comfortable zone of the island. All the most beautiful beaches are nearby (Golden beach, Marble beach, Vathi beach, Arzanas, Paradise beach, Giola, beaches of Limenas, Archangel Michael Monastery...). I fully recommend this place to anyone who wants to...

Large rooms with kitchen utensils. They have TV, air conditioning, private bathroom and spacious balconies with sea and mountain views.||Distance from sea 80 metra.aflios space, parking, free WiFi Internet.||Very close to the studio Ilion there are super markets, caffes, taverns, restaurants and bars for your enjoyment and 200m cash machine.||Beds were very comfortable and we werent disturbed by any noise.||The sand, the sea(you can see the fish in the water) and the mountain are wonderfull.||If you go to a travel agency, they have a guide who organizes various trips: Cruise, Greek night(not recommend), tour the island.It can rent: bike, ATV, car, or bus stops there in front of the studio. ||The host can guide you in any respect: travel, places...
