Tropic Grill bar — Restaurant in Thassos Municipality

The staff attitude was unacceptable. I brought a coffee from another place and they started yelling that it is not ok, although nobody said anything that it is not allowed. I apologised and told them that is my first time I bought a coffee and next time I will order from them. They wanted me to throw away my coffee🤦🏻‍♀️ I requested receipt for the 4 sunbeds that we payed, no receipt. I bought water from them, after all the scandal, because they demanded that we should buy something if we brought coffee, no receipt. There was 5 of us, 4 adults and one kid. Now the owner trashes us that we have multiple accounts and writing fake reviews. Do not ever go here, just go to the other side, they give you receipt for the sunbeds and free water.

Later edit: The owner is delusional. I never spoke to him, I talked to 2 ladies. He confuses us, who went there a year ago, with somebody that he talked to this year. He also does not answer to anything I said, he goes on and on about one dude… P.S. the beach bar next to this one served free water and we could also bring anything we liked to the sunbeds,...

The Tropic Grill and Bar is awesome! We visit Greece almost every year and my wife and I came here this year with our two younger children (10 and 13 years old) and 9 of my wife’s relatives from Slovakia. Nick and his crew are friendly, they speak great English and our kids loved the gyro pita and Tropic Burger sandwiches. They have sunbeds and umbrellas right at the sea and and the beach is sandy and the water is very clear.

Nick and his team took great care of us and, especially helpful for us, he has a waitress who happened to be from Slovakia so we had no language problems. We hung out at this place every day we were at the sea and were really glad we found this place. I have been all over Greece and this is an authentic Greek beach bar/restaurant. I...

Rude staff, no POS…tax dodgers, no receipt, high prices. Better in other places like Aliki beach or Tripiti Beach.

Another proof that the attitude is wrong... you stopped the right to reply, if you don't like when the reality is described. You have activated, calm down?! I paid for the umbrella and sunbeds, you could tell from the beginning the conditions, that I also could paid for a beer and a frappe, another €10 was no problem. But when I saw the attitude you had, I preferred to give you €5 as a gift and go to a much more spectacular beach like Golden beach.

And one more thing... stop touching people and their things without...
