I strongly DO NOT recommend this place! By far the worst accommodation we’ve ever encountered.

The problems began as soon as we arrived in the late afternoon. There was no organization whatsoever — I want to emphasize that we were not given any prior instructions about where to find the room key or which room was ours. We spent nearly 10 minutes trying to find someone to assist us. Eventually, a man and an elderly woman showed up and pointed us to where we were supposed to stay.

What we found inside was shocking: – A musty, stale smell – Insects (both alive and dead), hair, crumbs, and cobwebs all over the floor – Stained bed linen – The bathroom was in a horrific condition – The overall condition of the room was: : filthy and uncleaned

We tried multiple times to contact the host to report the situation. For over an hour, we couldn’t reach her — her phone was either busy or she simply didn’t answer. She also didn’t respond to the text messages we sent.

We decided to leave and found another place instead. Only after that did the host contact us and requested to meet us and "see what was wrong." When we showed her the utter filth we had been expected to stay in, her response was: "What do you expect for this price?" We explained that we weren’t looking for luxury — just basic cleanliness and hygiene. Despite this, the host insisted the rooms were “cleaned” and made no effort to explain the cobwebs, stains, and dirt. She claimed the hair we found was, "probably felt down just now from her own head".

After a long argument and discussion, we canceled the reservation through Booking.com. According to her, we were supposed to be charged for only one night, and the rest of the deposit was to be refunded. The next day, she asked for our bank account details and assured us that the remaining amount would be transferred. Two days later, she confirmed over the phone that the money had been sent. Unfortunately, nearly two weeks later, we still haven’t received anything. She now no longer answers our calls or messages.

Do not be fooled by the nice photos or descriptions. The reality is nothing like them. Irresponsible host, disgusting conditions, and complete disregard for guests. The experience was a nightmare. Avoid This Place – Worst Experience in Years of Traveling

We booked a room for three people, expecting what was shown in the photos: a double bed, an extra bed, and a sofa. Before arrival, we were told we’d be in Room 1 and that the key would be waiting on the table. Upon arrival, we discovered someone else was already in that room.

When we called, the woman in charge admitted she had made a mistake but hadn’t bothered to correct it. She then informed us we’d be staying in Room 3 — which had only one bed.

We called again to ask about the missing beds, and she said she would send someone with an extra bed. The room itself was in terrible condition: hairs and stains everywhere, and clearly not cleaned. The bathroom door, meant to slide, hit a light switch that was half ripped out of the wall. The kitchenette bench was loose and slanted, blocking the cabinet door. The fridge couldn’t open fully because it hit the wall, meaning the freezer couldn’t open at all.

The bathroom was so dirty we had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies before using it. The extra bed eventually arrived at 21:30 — five hours later — in the back of an open truck, dirty and dusty.

I’ve been visiting this island for many years and have never had such a disappointing experience. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere...

Close enough to reach nice beach sites and second thing the internet from Starlink - a rare thing on the island. AC in the room and the personnel takes care to live it open before returning in the room. Nice view outside and quiet place in the garden.

First I was was about to say some bad things but I changed my mind. In the end it's what you're paying for and don't get the highest expectations. It's a modest place and the local caretakers even though do not speak English, only Bulgarian and Serbian try to do their best to make you feel comfortable. If you have an issue just call the reception. They will try to do their best to solve your problem. Overall it's much better than many other accommodations for this price elsewhere. Maybe some small improvements could be made in the future...
