Pension Giannis — Hotel in Thassos Municipality

We couldn't wait to leave this place! HORRIBLE BEHAIVIOR!!! It was my husband birthday next day, so we asked not to be disturbed. Then in the morning she knock at the door, we were sleeping, she open the door, we got scared and try to close the door, she got scared of us and then she shouted at us why we didn't tell her (which we did). Next day we meet and she started arguing with us again about the situation, we stopped her and talked to her nicely, then told us usually she cleans the room after she doesn't see the car in the park. We and the car were still there. Make it make sense!

Other important things to mention:

1 The OWNER and CLEANING LADY started to be very rude to us and negative... 2 She ignored our messages, (and from that we got a bad feeling) 3 Cleaning lady was very rude, threatening us with her fist if we say something bad about the cleaning and making a lot of noise in the morning while cleaning in the hall and other rooms. 4 They will ignore if you have any requests. 5 Doors slamming at night by the wind currents. 6 You couldn't take a simple shower (no curtain, water everywhere and on the toilet, no mop) 7 Bad placement of AC, on top of the bed. 8 Very hot in the room day & night, AC couldn't make that big of difference to last longer. 9 They argued with us about the cleaning rules all the time.

...and at the end the Owner waited for us, to glare at us all the time and...

The place is very peaceful, quiet, and pleasant. It was cleaned daily, and the people were extremely friendly and welcoming. Just below the hotel there’s a beautiful beach – rocky at the shore but with fine sand once you step into the water. Parking is convenient, and there are some great restaurants nearby if you don’t feel like cooking, though there’s also a small, well-equipped shared kitchen...

A szoba tiszta és jól felszerelt volt, az ágy kényelmes, a fürdőszoba némileg ódivatú, de teljesen működő. Amikor szobát foglaltam nem volt egyértelmű, hogy az egész létesítmény részére mindössze egy konyha van. A konyha tábori jellegű, a 2 gáz rezsóból csak egy működött. Az evőeszközök eléggé szedett-vedett állapotban vannak, gyakorlatilag nincs két egyforma tányér vagy kanál. A konyhában nincs meleg víz, ami a mosogatásnál zavaró. Nincs szemetes sem, ami miatt az ember a hulladékkal szaladgálhat a panzió másik végében lévő szemeteshez. Kiváló, árnyas parkoló helyek vannak. A nem tengerre néző szobák az udvar kicsinysége miatt zajosak. A takarítónő (Natalija) végtelenül kedves volt velünk, mindenben segített. Szép kert van, ahol jókat étkezhet az ember, de nappal a darazsak, este pedig a szúnyogok rondítanak bele a hangulatba. Jó lenne, ha lenne egy írott formában is meglévő házi rend, hogy ne a vendégnek kelljen a másiktól éjszakai csendet kérnie. Összességében meglehetősen túlárazott, mint egész Thassos szigete is. Ezért az árért Dalmácia felkapott helyein sokkal jobb száláshelyek kaphatóak, semmivel sem rosszabb...
