Palacio Verde — Hotel in Volvi Municipality

A wonderful place. Excellent location. Just 150 meters from the sea and promenade, and 70 meters from a supermarket. The garden is fantastic! The property is either newly built or recently renovated.

However, there are also some downsides: our rooms were dark. Since it was off-season, we needed heating, but the air conditioners in both rooms couldn’t provide heat. I don't know if they were broken or purposely set that way. We reported this, and they only gave us some thick blankets. Some portable heaters would have been more useful.

But the biggest issue is the interior design of the unit. To get to the bathroom, you have to pass through the kitchen. The problem is that the bathroom HAS NO VENTILATION! AT ALL! The only way to ventilate is through the kitchen! You can imagine how unpleasant it is for the whole kitchen to smell like… well, you get the idea.

Also, if you take a shower and close the bathroom door, the moisture has nowhere to escape. The floor is always wet... This is a big problem.

Normally, I would give 3 stars because of this, but I have the impression that the owners are Ukrainians who are starting a new life here. So they deserve support—they’re just...

Very nice vibe! Everything made us really feel in Greece! All the little details are very cozy. Clean rooms and bathroom, nice balcony, clean pool, comfortable sun-beds and beds in rooms. Nice storage for luggage, well equipped kitchen. Nothing is bad! I’m lovin in and i’d come back anytime i can! Location is very nice also! Beach bar in 3mins, supermarket, restaurants city centre, all of it. We are here when the place is not yet finished completely but its still the best place i’ve ever been! I can see a lot of potential in this place and im glad i found it in its’ early...
