hotel Melina — Hotel in Zagori Municipality

I have chosen Melina's family hotel among all others, for the unique and cosy set up, but mainly for the welcoming "email correspondance", warm words to give you the best feeling from the 1st momemt. And I was certainly not wrong- Smiling Melina, energetic and with great heart to help with any question you have, she even supported me on my last hour drive in the dark, on my arrival evening, she was my ANGEL!! Any question you have and wish recommendations - Melina is there for you. ||Rooms are like being taken from a faiirytail and spotless, so cozy, very pretty in tradition design. ||Melina's parents, Dina and Dimitris, open the door to their family well set hotel, with a smile and generosity. The fire place as a center of the living room, and the central heating system, allows your musles to relax in the end of the day after a long hiking journey, breakfast is based only on local fresh home made products, and what can I say more? ||This is where you feel home a way...

The only good thing I can tell about this place is that one of the owners is a nice guy. We got a small room a floor below the "Lobby" ,no elevator, but narrow steps.|The next morning I left the towels on the floor, in order for them to change them.|When we came back We realized that the towels were hanging but not changed.|I had to go upstairs and ask them to change the towels. Their clame was that "no hotel changs towels every day..."|Since we got only one toalet paper roll, I asked for another one...did not get it. Needles to say that the next day did not get more shower gel or shampoo. To get hot water you have to run the water for 7 min before it gets warm and the stream is very poor. No restaurants nor minimarkets are available in this vilage and if you want to go to another vilage take in account that you will have to drive on a dark narrow and curved road with no...

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia 2 giorni presso questa struttura. Iniziamo con la dislocazione che e' perfetta per visitare la mitica regione della ZAGOCHORIA. A soli 5 minuti a piedi da questo splendido piccolo hotel si trova infatti il ponte piu' famoso della regione meta di turisti da tutto il mondo. Pulizia della struttura OTTIMA. La camera familiare era confortevole, I ragazzi hanno dormito su un divano letto che aveva materasso ortopedico e hanno dormito benissimo. anche noi sul letto matrimoniale abbiamo dormito benissimo. Le camere sono arredate finemente, il bagno funzionale e moderno. La colazione ottima con dolci e salati. da menzionare le marmellate fatte in casa e le ottime creps servite a colazione. Poi per Noi italiani ottimo anche il caffe espresso, che in molte altre strutture non servono ma ti danno solo caffe filtrato. L' hotel si trova sulla strada di accesso al piccolo villaggio di Kipoi e si parcheggia comodamente sulla strada che e' molto larga ed al tempo stesso poco trafficata. La qualita' del sonno e' eccellente. A soli 60 mt dall'hotel si ha l'opzione di scegliere due taverne molto tipiche e belle. Altro fattore davvero inusulale ma veramente comodo e' che a soli 40 metri da questo hotel si trova uno dei pochi BANCOMAT della zona. A noi ha colpito molto l'ospitalita' sincera e davvero calorosa della proprietaria sempre disponibile a venire incontro alle esigenze dei nostril ragazzi. Abbiamo soggiornato col cane e giustamente l'unica cortesia che la proprietaria ci ha chiesto e' stata quella di usare la scala esterna di accesso e non passare per la hall interna in quanto Lei ama gli animali, ma e' una questione di rispetto per gli altri ospiti che magari non gradiscono animali o possono essere allergici. La vista da questo piccolo Hotel e' davvero mozzafiato. L' hotel dispone anche di conessione WI-FI gratuita. Altro punto di forza e' che I proprietari ti consigliano le escursioni da fare in zona ed a soli 50 metri si trova un punto sportivo che organizza escursioni sia in RAFTING che in MOUNTAIN BIKE, con preavviso di almeno 1 giorno. Zona bellissima Spettacolare e grazie all' accoglienza nell'Hotel siamo stati meglio che a casa. Sicuramente lo Raccomando e noi ci ritorneremo. Ultima Informazione utile e' che l'hotel si trova a soli 45 minuti in macchina da IOANNINA per cui puo' essere utile anche soggiornare qua per visitare la cittadina di IOANNINA.
