Dear Aria Hotels,||I recently stayed at Kipi Suites Hotel and was extremely disappointed by the experience, primarily due to misleading descriptions on your website, Booking.com, and Hotels.com. The advertised amenities did not match reality, and I feel I was misled into booking a stay that I would have otherwise avoided.||Key Issues:|Nonexistent Bar & Restaurant: Your listing states that a bar and restaurant are available on-site. However, the only option was the in-room mini bar, forcing us to drive to the village daily for meals - a significant inconvenience.||Subpar Housekeeping: The daily housekeeping service did not make the bed, straighten lounge cushions, or clean thoroughly. The bathroom sink was dirty upon arrival, and I even found a used makeup brush from a previous guest (see attached image of my bed after cleaning).||False Claims About Amenities: Your listing mentions a library, whiskey bar, and wine area, none of which existed during my stay.||Lack of Basic Amenities: There were no essentials such as a universal adapter, which is a basic expectation for international guests.||Misrepresentation of Dining Options: You claim that “a rich breakfast and light meals are served in the guesthouse’s restaurant,” yet only breakfast was available. There were no light meal options as advertised.||Had I known we would be confined to our rooms with no on-site amenities, I would have never chosen this location for my stay. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I believe it was unfair to be misled...

Read moreWe loved our one-night stay at the Kipoi Suites, and were somewhat envious of fellow guests who had signed on for a couple more nights. We were welcomed with consummate warmth by English-fluent Maria, her equally kind husband, and their adorable, roof-climbing dog Leo. The exterior of this gorgeous hotel is built of the area's traditional stone with an equally characteristic grey stone roof. (Leo delighted us by climbing the slate and perching on top for a view.) ||||The inside of our suite, in harmonious contrast, was a modernist dream come to life. We first entered a living room--with a reader-friendly sitting area and workspace--and with a gorgeous view out at a dense forest, which was ablaze with late-September red, gold, and orange. That cozy room shares a fireplace with an adjoining bedroom, with a lighted raised sleeping area and a vanity table. The bathroom, lined with slate, is gorgeous and perfectly appointed. ||||Since the hotel lies at the top of a very steep stone road, we decided to stay for the optional dinner--and were so glad we did. The food was delicious--all personally served by our fully masked hosts in a spacious dining room that we shared with two other friendly couples. (Rain precluded outdoor dining, but every Covid protocol was observed.) We enjoyed our equally delicious breakfast out on the hotel's lovely patio--and could have had it on our room's own patio, had we wished.||||We were sorry to leave and look forward to returning for a...
