Hotel Tassia & Apartments — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

I recommend staying at Tassia Studios. It offers a very good value for money. The hotel and its location have everything you need if you want to use it as a base for exploring the island actively. On the first day, we arrived at the hotel before 9 a.m., even though our stay was supposed to start in the afternoon. The owner greeted us, offered us breakfast (even though we weren't entitled to it that day), and took care of all the formalities. After breakfast, he found us available rooms, and we could unpack. The rooms were neat and clean. A huge plus is the daily cleaning service, including the change of bed linen and towels. The owner and the entire staff are extremely friendly people. They greeted us with a smile every day. We only used the bar/restaurant area for breakfast and in the evenings for a drink and some quick food. The breakfasts were good and filling. As for the evening snacks and the range of offered alcohols and drinks, i was very impressed. Tassia Studios is hands down the best value-for-money accommodation I’ve ever stayed at (and I’m a Booking Genius Level 3, so I’ve seen quite a few). The apartments are spacious, each with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge), air conditioning in every room, and a huge balcony, perfect for relaxing.

There’s a bus stop right in front of the property that takes you directly to the beach for just 2€. The breakfast is generous, and in the evening, the on-site restaurant serves incredibly tasty and affordable meals and desserts, honestly better than anything we tried by the sea.

Konstantinos and his niece go above and beyond for their guests. They make a fresh dessert every day, and when they saw how much we loved the food and especially the Frigania (which we ordered multiple portions of), they surprised us with complimentary desserts, such a warm gesture!

Our stay at this hotel was a truly wonderful experience! There was a really family-like atmosphere, and the owner was always smiling and welcoming, which immediately made us feel at home.

The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh and varied breakfasts every day – you can really fall in love with the taste. The staff were always smiling and ready to help at any moment.

A big plus was also the cleanliness – both in the rooms and throughout the property, everything was spotless, and it was clear that the team pays great attention to keeping everything tidy.

Leaving was really hard because we felt so comfortable here that it truly felt like home. We can definitely say that this is a place we will absolutely come back...
