If heaven exists it’s called Lesente Blu
When I arrived, I could not believe my own eyes! Beautiful views, extraordinary design, extremely relaxing feel and customer service on top level!
Two days before my vacation I received very sad news, so when I arrived to the hotel I was still shaken. Only two days in this place were enough to get my energy back. I’m extremely grateful to the staff. I was there alone and couldn’t feel more welcome. I also arrived in the morning and as they promised they will do their best to make my room ready earlier they kept their promise. When I saw the room I didn’t even want to leave it – what a view!
• Stunning view in every spot of this resort • Beautiful rooms, balcony where you can relax and listen to birds singing • At the beach (small, but with one of the most beautiful sea colours on the island) • Clean • Quite • No crazy parties or noise • No children • Very good smell, smell of the rooms, bedsheets, towels etc. • Top customer service, super friendly and professional staff, manager of the hotel always present and making sure you have everything what you need.
• Food – I’m hungry every 3 hours and this hotel managed to make me feel full! :)
• There are several restaurants in this resort. Prices are of course higher than in the city nearby, but still I loved eating there/quality is top!
• Food – portions are big; plenty of choice: typical Greek, fish, sushi, salads, vegan etc. And what I love they try to not waste food. I hate about other hotels that you often not allowed to take food to your room. Here if you can’t finish and want to take it they will bring it to your room and you can eat it later.
• Breakfast is served to the table (due to Covid situation), it is everything what you need + you can order also from the menu. I didn’t manage to eat everything so they asked if I would like to get it to the room. I finished, went upstairs and food was already in my room with additional brownies which I didn’t even ask for. • I ordered some fruits to my room – it was so much I ate it for two days :)
• They ask you about your food allergies and they make sure you don’t get anything want makes you sick. They take it really seriously.
• Spa – I had a massage with candle. I was so relaxed afterwards that I fall asleep on my balcony; the smell of the oil they use is great. This massage was one of the best I had (other best massage I had was in Hawaii, so I think it says a lot about the skills of the masseur). I want to add I’m after very serious head and back injury and I felt completely safe, I felt the masseur was very knowledge.
• Tennis court, gym, manicure, pediure, hairdresser • Yoga mats on request delivered to your room (which was great option for me). • Everything what you need can be arranged by the hotel
Note: Bathroom is half open, the toilette and shower are behind glass door. Bathtub is behind half open wall.
Hotel location - very good, close to Zante city and good spot for discovering the island.
Conclusion: Everyone in this hotel is super friendly and natural in their empathic approach. They provide excellent customer service making sure you just don’t need to worry about anything! While I travel food is a huge problem for me (due to allergies), so knowing I can go to a hotel which takes care of this aspect for me is something that I hugely appreciate. I wish all the best to the staff of the hotel, you made my stay one of the best I ever had during vacation. I hope to see you...
Read moreOverall, a wonderful stay!|We stayed in the honeymoon suite with a private pool, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt first-class. The room was absolutely spotless and the views were genuinely breathtaking—one of those places where the photos just don’t do it justice.||The food was delicious! There was so much variety, and what really stood out was how inclusive and accommodating they were with dietary needs. Whether you're vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-intolerant, the chefs were more than happy to cater to you without compromising on flavour or quality.||The beach was pristine—honestly, we’ve been to Mauritius before and both agreed the beach here was even cleaner. There’s also no shortage of things to do: jet skis, day trips, paddleboarding, kayaking—and the paddleboards and kayaks were free to use, which was such a great touch.||Now, the service… wow. Absolutely top tier. Every single staff member we encountered was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. A special shout-out to the incredible team at Gaia Restaurant. I wish we caught all of their names, because they truly went above and beyond. Magna, Paul, Olga, and Peggy were especially kind and made us feel so welcomed. The guys running Gaia worked so seamlessly together— They absolutely deserve recognition. The beach bar staff, champagne bar team, spa staff—everyone was just fantastic. You could tell they cared about their guests and took real pride in their work. It made such a difference to our stay.||We were also celebrating a birthday during our visit, and the staff helped organise a beautiful surprise: a decorated room and a cake waiting for us. It was thoughtful, personal, and really memorable.||That said, there are a few things to watch out for:||Although we visited in early June (a quieter, non-peak time), we were really surprised by how cold the pools were—even our private one. The indoor spa pool, labeled as heated, was still on the chilly side, and the hot tub in the main pool area wasn’t hot at all—it felt more like a cold tub with jets. Once we realised this, it made sense why most guests weren’t using the pools. We ended up spending more time at the beach, since the sea was warmer. For a five-star hotel, we would have expected the pools—especially private ones—to be usable year-round.||Drinks were also quite pricey. Even the lower-tier wines were more expensive than expected. We don’t drink much, but it would’ve been nice to see a few more affordable options on the menu.||We also felt there was a bit of a gap when it came to snack options. Everything was gourmet and beautifully presented, but sometimes in the middle of the day or late at night, you just want something simple and easy—crisps, popcorn, ice cream, yoghurt, that kind of thing. A small tuck shop or snack stall would’ve made a big difference for those lighter hunger moments when a full meal isn’t needed.||On a more positive note, it was really easy to get hold of room service, book taxis, or speak to reception. Anytime we had a question or needed help organising activities outside of the hotel, the staff were helpful and responsive.||Overall, we had a truly relaxing, luxurious stay that left us with wonderful memories. A few tweaks—particularly around pool temperatures and snack access—would make it absolutely perfect. We’d still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with top-class service and stunning...
Read moreWe had a great room (double suite sea view), good size with a fabulous sea view. The balcony was spacious with a couch as well. We weren't too keen on how they had designed the bathroom area. The toilet and shower were basically adjoining cubicles at the entrance of the room, which meant limited privacy if you were in the toilet (if you know what I mean!). The shower wasn't as bad - although did on occasion leak under the glass partition. There was an awesome view of the sea when you stepped out of the shower as they designed the wall separating the sleeping area with a cut out part so you could see straight out. That was a nice touch. The tap on our sink would spray water everywhere so the counter was always wet - we went through a lot of towels mopping this up. Instead of the hanging 'do not disturb' and 'please clean my room' signs, they have red and green buttons to press from the inside. Much better than the door hangers which always fall off the handle! The hotel isn't really walkable to places, so you do need to get a taxi. (Don't use Zante taxis where you can order online - they don't turn up, and the bookings are constantly showing as pending). The hotel uses a good taxi company and they're more reliable. Breakfast was a good buffet selection (although not as good as other hotels we've stayed), and there was a made to order egg menu as well. Lovely fresh juice served to your table, tea or coffee, and stunning views while you eat. Staff in all the restaurants were fabulous, friendly and courteous. You can get towels for the pool and beach from the pool or beach bars. Our housekeeping lady was lovely. So friendly and smiley and truly wanted to make you feel like a special guest. There is a fair amount of seating around the pool area. Even though it is a luxury hotel people still come down early to claim their beds and then not actually use them for hours. There is a notice saying they will remove items on beds if the beds aren't used for an hour but I don't think it's actually enforced. There are also plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas along the beach front. Our favourite place was the decking above the beach - you can enjoy the sound of the waves, and the stunning view, without getting sand everywhere! It's quieter than by the pool where there is constant hotel music, and it is more shaded, (which I prefer) but not so good if you want full sun. You can still get drink and meal service from the waiters at the beach and deck areas. Our biggest complaint was regarding their communication and lack of apology for their mistake. Long story short, we arranged a boat hire with reception. It was cancelled the night before, but we never received the message (no email or phone call), but they said they left a note. We had left the do not disturb light on but later find a note in our room hidden amongst our clutter, only because we were looking for it. Housekeeping had left a previous note tucked in the front of our door when we had the do not disturb light on, which was much more obvious. No apology from the hotel for entering our room without our permission, even though we raised this with them. We were very surprised that a hotel of this calibre had no regard for the privacy of their guests, and this event put a dampener on the...
