Nikos Studios & Apartment's — Hotel in Zakynthos Municipality

I booked a room here last minute and non refundable, I am a lone female traveller and after finding out it was very remote even from the nearest shop I had to cancel as didn't want to be walking with shopping in the heat or alone in the evening. Booking.com requested a reduced cancellation fee and I got €5.70. I contacted the owners as I found the apartment had been rebooked, they ignored me for days then told me 'to pay more attention to the detail next time'. Really bad attitude to a lone women traveller. I'm sure it's a lovely apartment but as they did rebook my accom would hurt to at least give 50% back. I travel a lot and this...

I stayed in the luxury apartment at Nikos and it is by far one of the best, if not the best, travel accommodation I have ever stayed in while traveling. It's tastefully decorated, clean, in a beautiful area, and comfortable in every way. I would come to Zante again just to stay here a bit longer. Nikos and Georgia are kind and available for any needs. Rosie the dog on the property was definitely a bonus! I will be dreaming of this place...

Servizio lavatrice riportato su Booking tra i servizi disponibili inesistente. La lavatrice non era altro che quella della padrona di casa che con un preavviso di 1 giorno avrebbe lavato anche i nostri panni.. Il bagno era privo di finestra e di aspiratore per i cattivi odori che oltretutto finivano nella piccola cucina, siamo stati costretti quindi a comprare un profumo ambienti. Inoltre sul sito non era scritto da nessuna parte che nel water non si poteva buttare carta igienica rendendo di fatto scomodo il tutto. Farsi la doccia significava allagare tutto il bagno e di tanto in tanto la cucina dovendo quindi asciugare tutto con il moccio e finendo per avere tutto l’appartamento umido. La cucina aveva pochi utensili. Personale invadente e poco attento alle esigenze dei clienti (stendino rotto dai precedenti clienti e sostituito dopo 5 giorni dal nostro arrivo. Dato il costo dell’intero soggiorno siamo rimasti profondamente delusi. Ultima cosa, non di minor importanza, nonostante ci fosse stato confermato il check out per le 4,45 di mattina, i proprietari di casa non si sono degnati di presentarsi.
