From the very first moment we set foot at Paradisso Beach Villas, we knew we had discovered something very special. The setting itself is extraordinary—nestled right on the quiet edge of Amoudi, with direct private access to the sea. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and the golden sunrise shimmering over the Ionian Sea was like a dream come true. This isn’t just accommodation; it’s an experience that feeds your soul.||The villa is designed with care and detail, perfectly blending comfort with authentic Greek charm. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Every corner feels curated with love: soft linens, a well-equipped kitchen, and cozy touches that made us feel at home immediately. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive—wide terraces, shaded verandas, hammocks swinging gently in the sea breeze, and a pool overlooking the water. Whether you wanted to sip coffee in the morning sun, read a book by the pool, or share a glass of wine under the stars, every space invited relaxation.||What sets Paradisso apart, however, is not just the beauty of the property but the warmth and generosity of the people who make it come alive. Here, we must mention Antonia, the hostess, who was the heart of our stay. She greeted us with genuine warmth and instantly made us feel welcome. Throughout our visit, she was attentive in the most natural and unintrusive way—always there if we needed something, but never overbearing.||Antonia went above and beyond in so many ways: arranging taxis, recommending hidden gems for dining, and guiding us to the most beautiful beaches and local spots that we would never have discovered on our own. She had a wealth of knowledge about Zakynthos and shared it generously, but more than that, she truly cared about our comfort and happiness. It’s rare to find someone who makes you feel less like a guest and more like a cherished friend—Antonia did exactly that.||The villa’s private beachfront was another highlight. Having the sea just steps away was magical—we swam, snorkeled, and watched the sunsets from the water’s edge without ever needing to leave the property. It felt like having our own private slice of Zakynthos, something that made the stay uniquely memorable. For those who want to explore, the location is ideal: close enough to reach restaurants, towns, and attractions easily, but tucked away enough to enjoy peace and tranquility.||What struck us most was how every detail of our stay seemed designed to create ease and joy. The villa felt both luxurious and homely, Antonia’s kindness and care added warmth to every day, and the setting itself was nothing short of breathtaking. We left feeling completely recharged, with memories we’ll carry with us for a long time.||In short, Paradisso Beach Villas is a rare gem. It combines the beauty of nature, the comfort of a well-maintained villa, and the extraordinary gift of heartfelt hospitality. For anyone looking for a place that feels both like a retreat and a home, look no further.||We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you, Antonia, for making our holiday truly unforgettable—we will...
Read moreWe rented the private villa Margarita for 7 nights for 780 eur/night, end of August, directly on their website, after some conversation emails with Antonia the host. First, we saw the sloppy yard where we parked: 2 or 3 barracks in bad condition (one served for home for the host Antonia!), old things stored in the whole yard, a trailer thrown aside: big dissapointment. First shock: The "villa" Margarita is no more than a tiny wood house, well decorated; the kitchen appliances are very worn and bad smelling; the second toilet was so tiny that all 4 of us had to shower in the same bathroom that smelled vomiting from the 2nd day; one bedside form the main bedroom was filled with staff of the other tourists (black socks etc). The 2nd bedroom is very small, no place fo moving inside. 2nd shock: this Margarita house has no privacy, as it is situated just a few metres form the other house and everybody can stare at the others, form the balcony, from the yard, we see each other the panties drying in the sun ... 3rd shock: the host named Antonia is the most unfriendly host ever seen, she sleeps at night in a barrack very near to "private" houses, all day long she watched us all the time in our "private" yard and on the beach and everywhere in that property; first evening we were in the yard at 23 o clock, talking after arriving from the city and she came in pijama asking to go to sleep because it was late:)) 2nd day when some friends of us staying nearby came to visit us, she came immediately interrogating me who are them and asking me that they leave because we payed only for 4 persons and not for all the people in my country and the other guests want silence (!) It was far too much: I told her I do not accept such treatment, we did not pay for a sanatorium nor for a policewoman watching every step and if she do no give the minimum privacy , I want the money back and leave. It was the last moment I spoke to her, although she was always in every corner watching us , she did not open her mouth again. Not last, tourists should know their website is misleading us presenting 3 villas. There are only 2 houses (not villas, as I said): one house is Margarita; the second house, almost glued to Margarita, is composed of 2 apartments: first floor, separate entrance, balcony, no yard is called "Villa Antonia" , the ground floor with the yard is called "Villa Alexandros". Someone should sanction them for misleading the consumers! Otherwise, the sea was very beautiful, the table from the yard is new and also 2 of the 4 sunbeds. The housekeeper lady was nice, speaks only Greek, but we managed to...

Amazing location surrounded by the sea, everywhere you look you see fitfy shades of blue. You can see that the villa was built with lots of love and with eyes for details, more terraces are offering a variation of sun and shadow with breathtaking views and direct access to the cristal clear and warm see. You have an outside shower with sweet water on each and every terrace, the fournitures are of high quality, the garden is splendid, and the villa has a tasteful design and all the comfort you need. A lady cleans every day all the house, towels for the bathroom and for the beach are changed frequently, the products in the bathrooms are of the Greek quality brand Korres (body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body milk) . The host is such a nice, friendly, responsive and helpful woman, she arranged a very good airport shuttle and a fabulous boat trip for us, the boat picked us up directly by the house. One minute walk on the beach and you are in Ammoudi Sea Side Restaurant, run by a very nice family, with a next level cuisine, extremely friendly staff, very good prices and very tasty, fresh food. You can have breakfast, lunch and dinner there, but the fully equipped kitchen in the villa offers you also all the necessary to cook, there is a BBQ, two small supermarkets are in 5 minutes walk and a flexible car rental company (Giant Car Rentals) is just around the corner. We travel a lot and this is definitely the best place by the sea we have ever stayed, we spent there 10 fantastic, relaxing and unforgettable days. Even when the other two houses of the whole property are also accommodating guests, you have here privacy, quietness and beauty, a real paradise which...
