I had the pleasure of dining at Menteni Restaurant recently (3x so far), and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant's sea-side location is simply perfect, offering a serene and charming setting that enhances the overall dining experience.

Let's get straight to the highlight of the visit—the food! Oh boy, the food at this Restaurant is nothing short of outstanding. Each dish I tried was bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. I can confidently say that the food here is very, very delicious. The chefs clearly have a talent for crafting delightful local dishes that leave a lasting impression.

One of the standout features of this establishment is the staff. The team at Menteni is not only attentive but also incredibly friendly and kind. Perfect beachside spot – Menteni Beach Bar & Restaurant What a hidden gem! Menteni Beach Bar & Restaurant was one of the highlights of our trip to Zakynthos. Located right by the sea, the view is simply breathtaking — crystal-clear waters, peaceful vibes, and a relaxing atmosphere all day long.

The food was excellent, fresh and flavorful, with a great variety of both Greek and Mediterranean options. We really enjoyed the seafood pasta and the refreshing cocktails — perfect for a beach day!

One of the things we loved most was the garden area with sunbeds — perfect for those who want to soak up the sun in a calm and natural setting. There’s also a beautiful stone staircase that leads directly to the sea, making it easy to go for a swim and come back to relax.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome. Whether you're stopping by for a quick drink, lunch, or a romantic dinner by the sunset, Menteni is the perfect place to unwind.

The place is small but beautiful and perfectly curated. The staff is so kind and attentive we actually went twice not only for the atmosphere and location but also because the food was amazing. My favourite dish was the fried calamari, really well done, the batter was light , not dripping in oil or soggy. It was crispy and perfectly golden. You can taste the calamari and they were well cooked and not gummy. Definitely well prepared. Each salad that accompanies the dishes has a lovely dressing. We also tried the baked feta in fillo pastry honey and sesame , the briam of grilled vegetables and the stuffed calamari and the baklava. Everything was delicious. Worth to mention they also have mocktails if you don’t drink.

I was almost forgetting the hot bread served with butter and olive paste, different from anything we had anywhere else and it was really a treat.
