Me and my friends were stayed there for just one night. While we were outside,( like 5pm to 7pm) someone got into our room and robbed 2 digital cameras and 1 tablet pc and 2 sunglasses which is expensive. Police man came to see, but couldn't find robberies. Its not a secure hostel. I do not recommend you...

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the food was delicious. The staff is courteous and accommodating and made every effort to make our group feel welcome. This will definitely be where I will stay again on my next trip to Xela. Highly...

We reserved 3 rooms at the Hotel Casa Ponce a week in advance but when we arrived at 3:00pm to check in, none were available. They instead found another cheap hotel (Pension Altense) for us to stay in that night. ...
