A word of warning - there are TWO Hotel Colonials in Tela. The other, nearby, featured in the Lonely Planet guide, is now called the Hotel Colonial Bugambilia. The Playa where we stayed for three nights is a small modern hotel with an attached restaurant. Breakfast was not included but was easily available in the cafes and restaurants along the beachfront. We didn't eat in the restaurant as we were eating elsewhere with friends. The hotel is very well situated right on the beachfront, with seaviews from the end bedrooms. We had a problem with 1 lightbulb, they came the same day and...
