Hotel Condesa — Hotel in Comayagua

I stayed here last night, and it was honestly a disappointing experience. The breakfast was miserable, and the coffee tasted cheap and low quality. The bed made loud creaking noises every time I moved, though the sheets at least smelled freshly washed and soft. The entrance gate is extremely narrow, so you have to be very careful not to scratch your car.

The room doors were old, noisy, and deteriorated. The shower didn’t heat up properly — they really need to invest in modern water heaters. The pricing policy makes absolutely no sense: they charge per person and have strange rules about room occupancy. For example, even though the room had two double beds, only two people were allowed (one per bed), and a triple room also allows only one person per bed. Meanwhile, a “single room” is the only one considered suitable for couples. The logic behind this is absurd.

The woman in charge has no sense of customer service, and the administration feels outdated and unprofessional. Even the body soap was of poor quality. Overall, this hotel is overpriced, poorly managed, and offers nothing worth...

Great experience at the hotel. Place was lovely and open. Kids enjoyed the pool and the balcony overlooking the plaza area was nice. The sitting area was nice in the evening. The location was off the beaten path and with the large rental truck it was tricky to get into the parking area. Taking all of our luggage up and down a bunch of stairs wasn't my favorite part either. However, breakfast was very good and included for both adults and kids. The owner as found some headphones my daughter left and held them for a week until we came back through town to retrieve them. We would recommend this stay for families and will come again when we visit...

I didn't like anything in this hotel. The guest service staff was rude. No direction to the room, no information regards any service that is available to the customer. For the amount of money that I paid for this hotel I was expecting something decent instead this hotel felt like a one star hotel more of a motel vibe. To even point out that the taxi drivers didn't know this hotel location with it's current name because it has been changed so many times. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only thing that I liked was breakfast even though they served very little for the price...
