The staff were excellent! The night manager did not speak English but was very patient, and willing to try to understand translated English, the day manager was excellent and spoke exceptional English, especially in the face of my terrible Spanish! The hotel was secure with an armed guard out front all the time, and we felt completely safe here! The rooms were comfortable with a bathroom in each room, air conditioning, and a large flat screen and the breakfasts were spectacular, delicious Honduran fare, served in a beautiful rooftop open-air restaurant with glorious views of Comayaqua and the mountains around. Perhaps the only drawback is that you need to go up a flight of stairs to get to the front desk, and then, depending on your room, you might need to climb another!
