Hotel Tihany Átrium — Hotel in Balatonfüredi járás

We have booked this hotel for 3 nights in May 2018. We came to Balaton for short bike holidays. The season was just at the beginning, weather was sunny, cca 26°C, water around 21°C. Some people were swimming, we just "tried" the water :) Hotel has good location - just cross the street to the beach. Room was big, we also had a balcony. Though our room (Nr. 204) was faced to the street, it was calm at night. But the main season was just beginning, so don´t take this for granted :) Breakfast was good - ham, cheese, salami, scrambled eggs, sausages, jams, butter, Nutella, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts... I think everyone can find something.. We took our bikes to the room as we were offrered just to leave them in the corridor at the ground floor. Free parking at the back of the hotel is cool. The only thing I would really recommend - if you have room with balcony, you may want to use it in the evening, but that means all the flies and mosquitos getting in your room. So either hotel should think about installing the nets to the windows and doors to balcony, or guests should bring electric repellents (we have bought one at Tesco in Balatonfured after first night...

First of all, I must thank all the staff and direction for the excellent treatment...||Arriving to this hotel , which I have checked out via website, but did not book, due to not yet high season I find the following situation: no rooms available but the suite.||I consult my guest, he says the suite will be fine. ||Spacious room, everything you need for your comfort, including balcony. Very nice indeed.||Staff members were absolutely fantastic, every wish of mine was their command, thank you very much.||To underline the courtesy of switching on the coffee machine at 0600...just for me. My watch was set onto a different time zone, and did not realize the early hour for breakfast, assuming it was already 0800, but kind staff member served me promptly, while my guest was still sleeping in our suite.||Very nice location, lakeshore, bike/jogging path, and private beach bar.||Just great. We spent nearly a week at the hotel with my son, while biking around the lake. We used the hotel as a base to return every evening. ||The staff is stunning and extremely friendly, catering for all the request.|The room was big enough and had a small balcony. It is very clean and neat.|The hotel boosts a bar/restaurant where you get your breakfast. No hot food for lunch/dinner though. You can either walk to the nearby restaurant or eat cold dishes there. It is the ideal place for an evening chill and drink.|Although the hotel is on the other side of the road from the lake, they have an agreement with a very posh and stunning beach resort where you can spend the day at preferential rates. |There might be bigger, better of more equipped hotels around the lake, we were very pleased with the overall package and I would recommend the place to those who wish to relax for a couple of nights in the vicinity of...
