Only suited for one night maximum
First of all, the elevator works really slowly and also makes loud noises when the doors open or close so if you need to use it at night, you would wake up the unlucky ones to have their room in front of the elevator. Second of all,it is really confusing to even find your room, since you could i.e. have room 202 in front of room 216 and so on. Speaking of the rooms, they are small and if for e.g. you wanna charge anything while you are out of the hotel you can't unless you would like to lock yourself out since power is on only if the keycard is inserted in the special slot. Even the heater/a.c. doesn't work while you are away, which is not great, especially in the winter. Also, the installation is so loud you would love to turn it off but you can't since the room gets cold kinda fast. Also, I had many problems with the rooms, yes I stayed in 2 rooms, including but not limited to doors that don't close properly or at all, like the bathroom door on my first room, a smell in the bathroom but that did go away after leaving the door open for some time. Also, there are only 3 plugs for charging your devices, one of which is taken by the tv but you can at least unplug it. None of those 3 is close to the beds however but that is just a small convenience issue. Also, in the second room I only had one pillow and one blanket even though I shared the room with someone and there was also a couch which could accommodate a third person but not in the most comfortable conditions, since it was short. Also, one of my friends complained getting itches after she used her blanket and it looked like there were small bites on her, like by ants or other insects. I can't talk about the breakfast since I missed it but, in the end, since it is cheap, I would say it is bearable for one night if you are planning to mostly spend time outside the hotel to do sightseeing or shopping and just need a bed and breakfast place...
Read moreI stayed at this hotel twice (I couldn't change because the tour was run by Christian Tour and the accommodations were pre-arranged by the agency)!|I don't like to give bad reviews but the experience with this hotel was disappointing, the rooms were very small, they were terribly dirty, it smelled bad both in the room and in the hallway, and the bathroom seemed to be the source of infection and not a place to clean yourself.|Although it was rated 3 stars it offered|only one towel per person, bathroom with no towel or toilet paper holders, rusted sink bracket, door and door frame rotted, no hair dryer, 2 glass glasses with no hygienic protection, mold, wear and tear, stained walls and carpet and overall mess.|The unappetizing breakfast was served in a repulsive room.|I do not recommend and I will definitely be much more careful in the future so as not to end up in such...
Read moreYo, let me tell y'all 'bout this spot called Berlin Hotel, and let me keep it real, it ain't the vibe, man. First off, they got these rooms that make you feel like you're trapped in a concrete jungle, no soul, no spirit, just straight-up blandness. I walked in there expecting luxury, but all I got was disappointment.
And let's talk about the service, or should I say lack thereof. Ain't nobody got time for the attitude I got from the staff. They act like they doing you a favor just by acknowledging your existence. Nah, fam, I'm paying good money, I deserve some respect.
And don't even get me started on the amenities. I'm talking 'bout basic stuff here, like Wi-Fi that's slower than a snail on a Sunday stroll. And don't even think 'bout trying to grab a decent meal, 'cause the food they serving up is straight-up trash. I wouldn't feed that mess to my...
