Mokka Apartments & Mokka Best Apartments — Hotel in Miskolci járás

I had very bad experience regarding my reservation - out of the blue, the host sent me an SMS just one day before my travel instructing me to cancel my booking.com reservation due to their technical problem. This is clearly bad business conduct, since I have pre-paid the accommodation and if I initiate the cancellation it will be fully my cost, non-refundable. I declined the cancellation at my end, also asked about the nature of the technical problem - got no explanation at all. Be aware in such a situation do not step in the trap, let them make the cancellation. One is sure, their customer handling one of the worse I had in the past years.

Utazásom előtt 1 nappal kaptam egy üzenetet a "Mokka Apartments"-től, amelyben felszólítottak, hogy a Booking.com-os 4712218201 számú foglalásomat, technikai problémájuk miatt én mondjam le. A szállást legalább 2 héttel az utazás előtt foglaltam, sőt előre ki is volt fizetve - felháborítonak tartom, hogy a szállásadó még a vendégtől várja el, hogy az ő problémája miatt intézze el a foglalás lemondását, tekintettel arra, hogy a booking.com szabályai szerint ilyenkor már nem igényelhető vissza a kifizetett szállásdíj, ha a vendég lép vissza az utazástól. Nyilván jeleztem, hogy ez ő a kötelessége. A bonus az volt, hogy a nagyon rövid beszélgetés során megkérdeztem, hogy mi az a technikai probléma? Erre semmi konkrét választ nem kaptam. Valójában tettek arra, hogy az utolsó pillanatban történő újratervezés elég frusztráló. Én elhiszem, hogy tiszta lakást adnak át a vendégeknek, de a szolgáltatói kommunikáció meghaladja a szállásadó képességeit. Azt meg nem is tudom, hogy gondolták, hogy vendégként mondjam le a foglalást a saját...

This is fantastic. In the absolut city center with easy access to the apartment. The apartment is wonderful, spacious and fully equipped for a longer stay in the city. Kitchen, two tv, two rooms etc etc The staff are kind and helpful and speaks English. Highly recommend...
